# Job Summary:

The Construction Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing design of detail drawings, idea designs; for a construction projects from planning to completion, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

# Key Responsibilities:

1. Design and Develop the Project Planning: Develop the Design Details, liaise with the consultants; and implement project plans, including setting goals, objectives, and timelines.

2. Site Management: Manage construction sites, including supervising contractors, subcontractors, and laborers.

3. Budgeting and Cost Management: Establish and manage project budgets, including tracking expenses and ensuring cost-effectiveness.

4. Quality Control: Ensure that construction projects meet quality standards, including conducting site inspections and monitoring work progress.

5. Risk Management: Identify and mitigate risks associated with construction projects, including ensuring compliance with safety regulations.

6. Stakeholder Management: Communicate and coordinate with stakeholders, including clients, architects, engineers, and contractors.

7. Project Closure: Ensure that construction projects are completed and closed out, including obtaining final inspections and certifications.

# Requirements:

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's Degree: Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.

2. Professional Certification: Professional certification in Construction Management, such as Certified Construction Manager (CCM) or Project Management Professional (PMP).

Experience:

1. Minimum 5 Years: Minimum 5 years of experience in construction project management, including experience with construction planning, budgeting, and quality control.

2. Construction Industry Experience: Experience working in the construction industry, including experience with construction methods, materials, and regulations.

Salary: Basic $3000 - $5000 plus Overtime

Working location: Tuas or Site

• To carry out inspection, troubleshooting & repair of marine equipment such as hatch cover, winches and crane on site.
• To carry overhauling of marine equipment or components in workshop, such as winches, cylinders , motor.

Requirements

We are looking for an experienced Hydraulic/Mechanical Service Engineer who capable to work in marine industry.

• Nitec, Diploma or Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or equivalent
• At least 1 years working experience in Mechanical, Hydraulic, Electrical, Marine, or heavy engineering Industry. Preferably with service and troubleshooting skill.
• Capable in mechanical and hydraulic and mechanical troubleshooting.
• Good coordination skill and capable to supervise repair team at shipyard and during vessel repair.
• Positive attitude and able to work under pressure to complete work within timeframe.
• Eager to learn and good team player.
• Capable to prepare service reports and able to communicate well with colleague, customer and contractor.
• Willing to work overtime and travel overseas for short period.

• Archiving of Old files and documents.
• Arranging and coordinating for training and/or any relevant courses
• Assist in the preparation of catalogues for Clients
• Assist on Coordination on the Deliver/Collections with Respective Team
• Assist Sales personnel to process client Order
• Assist sales personnel with customer satisfaction survey

• Assist to file all Delivery Orders, Invoices and relevant documents
• Assist to issue Manual Delivery and Invoice

• Booking and coordination of flight and hotel arrangements

• Follow up with orders and get the status updates for pending orders
• General mailing of documents (Such as Invoice or Any Relevant Document)
• Moving Completed Project in folder (Quotation,DO,INV )
• Open, sort, and distribute in-coming/ out-going correspondence, including mail or Fax
• Ordering of offices supplies eg stationery, Company letterheads, papers etc
• Oversees and ensures that Company office is well maintained in cleanliness
• Prepare of shipping documentation and certificate upon client's requirement
• Prepare project costing
• Preparing and arranging for courier services
• Process all confirm sales order from Sales Personnel
• Process and Prepare Purchase Order (System/Manual)
• Process Sales order , Delivery Order and Invoicing
• Support sales persons on general adminstrative and customer service
• System Invoicing for goods delivered
• Update project Costing from Supplier
• Updating of Sales Order Excel Sheet for (DO & INV record)
• Other Ad-Hoc duties assigned from time to time
