5. Employer Branding:

• Actively promote MCI as an employer of choice through social media, career fairs, and other outreach channels.
• Assist in creating compelling job advertisements that reflect MCI’s values and organizational culture.
• Gather and analyse feedback from candidates and new hires to continually enhance the recruitment process.

Qualifications:

• Educational Qualifications: Candidates should possess at least a diploma, preferably in human resources or business-related fields. Candidates with degrees in these fields are welcome.
• Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Candidates should have strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at various levels within the organization.
• Technical Skills: Some proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software is beneficial.

- Conduct product development activities, such as product system & sub-system design and integration, technical evaluation, prototype preparation / testing, test analysis and system qualification.

- Review specifications and technical requirements with clients.

- Generate product technical documents, drawings, assembly drawings and bill-of-materials.
