• Training in AVEVA NET administration

Relevant Experience:

a) 5-10 years’ experience applying AVEVA NET in onshore/offshore Oil & Gas areas or FPSO line(s).

b) AVEVA NET/AIM and AVEVA ISM administration and implementation.

c) Be fully proficient in exception handling between the AVEVA system with associated Gateways and the Client system

d) Have extensive knowledge of AVEVA registers gateway interface with Client system

e) Experience in mapping Company data and document structures to Client structures. Have an in-depth understanding of FEED & Detailed Design deliverables, their execution methodology and their interdependencies with one another.

f) Have previous experience in engineering information management.

g) Possess previous experience with AVEVA Net Portal and ISM development and administration skills on Oil & Gas Projects, specifically for Major Capital Projects.

h) Knowledge of Engineering Design software like AVEVA E3D and AVEVA Engineering is a plus.

i) Possesses good working knowledge of the Oil & Gas Industry, including EPCs and owner-operators (preferred but not mandatory).

j) Shows evidence of good organizational skills.

k) Demonstrates ability to take the lead.

  3 shift patterns (dependent on locations):
  OA shift: 7.30am to 5pm / 7am to 4.30pm
  OB shift: 1 to 10.30pm / 1.30pm to 11pm
  OC shift: 10pm to 7.30am / 10.30pm to 8am

Job scope:

• Provide courteous and efficient service and if possible to comply with each and guests’ request.
• Ensure that all telephone calls are handled promptly within three rings.
• Be familiar with all room types and rates in the hotel and their availability status; up-sell whenever possible.
• Take ownership of problems, handle guest complaints promptly according to established procedures and then report to supervisor for further follow up when necessary. Glitch reports are to be written when necessary.
• Ensure guest room security, emergency and fire procedures; encourage the use of Safe Deposit boxes (El-Safe) and adhere to policies & procedures for their use.
• Be familiar with hotel facilities and functions as well as major city attractions and events; provide guests with accurate information as requested.
• Ensure a professional and courteous working relationship and maintain an effective flow of communication with all hotel personnel.

Job Summary:

• To supervise the activities of scientific and operational staff responsible for method development/validation projects and analysis of samples.
• Serves as Principal Investigator for research studies. Take on overall responsibility for the technical conduct of a study, analytical direction, review, documentation and reporting of results.

Responsibilities:

• Schedules staff and assigns resources.

• Co-authors scientific papers/posters which are published or presented at scientific meetings.
• Assures on-time delivery of high quality data and reports.
• Evaluates SOPs for compliance with regulatory guidelines.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Bachelor of Science/Arts (BS/BA) degree in chemistry or related scientific field plus at least 6-7 years of previous laboratory experience.
• Experience may be substituted for education.
• Ability to perform advanced computer skills (e.g., Word, Excel).
• Knowledge of appropriate regulatory agency guidelines.
• Experience with use and trouble shooting of analytical equipment is desired.
• Basic knowledge of computers and software programs.
• Familiar with the use of standard laboratory equipment.
• Demonstrates strong organizational and communication skills.
