1, In charge of the daily work and ordering for the assigned section.

2, Need to get up early to prepare soup etc.

3, Carry out given recipes and instructions with precision speedy.

4, Ensure strict health and hygiene practices.

5, Cleaning, organize and taking care of kitchen equipment as per

instruction manuals.

6, Monitoring food portion and waste to maintain profit margin.

7, Following safety and precautions in all daily activities (carrying heavy load, sharp objects, hot objects etc.)

8, Preferably Junior Executive specialized in Food/Beverage/Restaurant

Responsibilities include:
-Assist in daily operations
-Ensure that the restaurant and kitchen is properly maintained and clean
-Oversee food preperations, presentation and storage to ensure food health and safety compliceny.
-Regular checks with customers to gather feedbacks
-resolving of conflicts in a professional way

Job Responsibilties

• Works with Sales team to deliver pre-sales product and technical support - engaging with customers, clarification meetings, supporting 3rd party events.
• Uncovers customer value drivers and communicates company's value proposition
• Supports the Senior Manager to formulate & execute Marketing and Business Development plan for Building Automation Solutions in both Singapore and Malaysia market.
• Liaise with various departments in Headquarter in Japanese language to report the latest trends and requirements in Singapore and Malaysia market.
• Discovers new business opportunities and develops Account Strategy and Action Plan
• Identifies and influences customer’s decision makers and buying decision criteria.
• Identifies industry trends, collects, and assesses competitive and market intelligence.
• Design BMS system architecture, HVAC control system and optimization program tailored to each project requirement.
• Regularly contact with Japanese and non-Japanese customers in Singapore & Malaysia to exchange information.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree preferred;
• Minimum 5 years of experience in BMS and Automation industry
• Well versed in specification and selection of Yamatake and Azbil building automation system and product, not limited to system and controller but including field devices like sensors, control valves
• Strong communication presentation skills with the ability to present technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
• Proficiency in Japanese Language both verbal and written is a must
