Why we need you

You will be among the first in the team to adopt new solutions (sometimes on an ad hoc basis), and you will be responsible for enabling both the team and customers to use them and/or integrate them into their existing workflows. The technologies involved will depend on both the team and the customer’s requirements.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to explore and master new and emerging technologies that may be unfamiliar to the team. You will be responsible for customizing these solutions using built-in coding environments, APIs, or Robotic Process Automation. We are looking for people who can quickly learn and adapt to new technologies and possess a solid foundation in programming and problem-solving skills. If you are passionate about broadening your technological expertise, this role is for you.
You will also utilize industry-leading monitoring solutions to analyze and evaluate our customer’s IT environments, provide recommendations, and help them achieve business success by transforming technical complexities into actionable insights. This role requires you to serve as a bridge between technology and business stakeholders, allowing you to drive understanding and frictionless collaboration that helps organizations move towards common goals.
We offer you the job security of an owner-managed and growth-oriented company with long-term prospects. We value your performance, guarantee you a voice in the company, flexibility at work, nice colleagues as well as a great corporate culture where you can make a difference.
