About this role:
This is a key role in C-level team within the company, directly responsible for leading the overall operations and development of the organization. The role aims to rebuild and optimize the company’s production, operational, and talent systems, driving high-quality growth and sustainable development.
Key Responsibilities:
· Strategic Leadership: Drive the development and execution of the company’s strategic plans, ensuring alignment with its vision, goals, and long-term growth.
· Operational Excellence: Streamline production and operational systems to enhance efficiency, maintain quality, and support scalability.
· Business Innovation: Strengthen the operational framework by fostering innovation in business models to enhance market competitiveness.
· Talent Development: Build a high-performing team through robust talent acquisition, training, and incentive programs.
· Industry Leadership: Lead advancements in the BIM (Building Information Modeling) sector by driving technology adoption and delivering actionable solutions.
· Digital Transformation: Oversee the development and implementation of cutting-edge engineering digitalization strategies.
· Partnership Growth: Cultivate and expand strategic partnerships to increase market share and strengthen brand influence.
· Global Collaboration: Ensure effective cross-cultural communication and collaboration with international clients and partners to drive project success.
Qualifications:
· Core Competencies: Exceptional leadership, strategic thinking, execution capabilities, and resilience under pressure.
· Industry Experience: A minimum of 8 years of experience in executive search, extensive experience in the engineering and construction industry. Experience in leading or participating in successful engineering digitalization projects and BIM technology implementations is a must.
· Management Experience: Proven track record in senior management roles within medium to large enterprises, with the ability to build operation systems and lead teams effectively.
· Technical Expertise: Keen insight into trends in engineering digitalization technologies, with the ability to integrate advanced technologies into the company’s operations.
· Familiarity with international standards and regulations related to engineering digitalization technologies is an advantage.
· Educational Background: Master’s degree or above, preferably in Engineering, Civil Engineering, Information Technology, or related fields.
· Well versed in English and Mandarin, for internal communication with other stakeholders in China.
