• Administers the project internal quality audit to ensure compliance with the project quality plan
• Monitors the inspection and documentation activities of QA Inspector to ensure complain with inspection test plan and project quality requirements
• Resolves quality related issues arising from sub-contractor and in-house production
• Performs E&I related Equipment and material inspection during receiving meet the purchase specifications
• Ensures protection and preservation of Electrical & Instrument system
• Ensures updates on electrical completion and mechanical completion progress at the project database
• Liaises with owners, class surveyors and government bodies pertaining to project requirements
• Coordinates the testing/ commissioning requirements with Engineering, Project Manager, QA Department, and vendors
• Reports non-conformance and issues improvement note, where necessary
• Performs any other assigned duties and responsibilities

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Naval Architecture / Marine and Offshore / Electrical Engineering or related engineering disciplines
• API 570. CWSIP 3.1 Certified Welding Inspector
• At least 3 years of relevant Quality Assurance working experience, preferably in the offshore and marine industry
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills
• Able to multi-task and able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Familiar with loop test, hi pot test, mechanical completion checks ITR

Job Description:

· Work closely with customer service department on job arrangement

· Plan and set priorities for daily activities efficiently, including:

1. Daily operation staff and fleet (heavy vehicles) deployments

2. Oversee the submission of name list and other documents for pre-job clearance

We are looking for a Research Associate/ Research Fellow to lead a project titled Closed-Loop Advanced Manufacturing Process (c-LAMP) under NTU. The role will focus on developing a modularized and energy-efficient treatment process, ie. electrochemical-biological hybrid process to treat secondary waste, ie. wastewater from swarf cleaning, with the purpose of effective water reuse, forming a circular pre-treatment loop for the manufacturing process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Profiling and understanding the type of incoming wastewater
• Tailoring the treatment system to water reuse requirements
• Modularizing treatment units for applications of different wastewater from different industries

Job Requirements:

• M.Sc. or Ph.D. degree in Environmental Engineering, Chemical Engineering or related field
• At least 1 year of relevant experiences in similar role / technical hands-on experience in Bioprocess and/or Electrochemical process
• Familiarity with reactor operation and process design
• Good written and oral communication skills
