Job Requirements

• More than 10 years of Shipyard / Marine related Experience.
• At least 5 years of experience in management role.
• Bachelor’s degree in EHS / any relevant engineering field from recognized institute.

• Competent in planning and conducting ISO 45001, ISO 14001 & Safety Management System Audit.
• Ability to monitor and conduct data analysis and trending
• Ability to conduct investigation and root cause analysis utilizing various proven investigational techniques

• Ability to prepare and present concepts and ideas to both internal and external stakeholders, including senior management team

Responsibilities:

• Review engineering drawings and execute experiments, calculations, and statistical controls for new products/processes.
• Drive engineering activities to enhance manufacturing and supply chain operations.
• Ensure manufacturing processes meet quality, cost, and delivery targets.
• Troubleshoot and redesign production processes for cleanroom and non-cleanroom operations.
• Support qualification and setup of new materials, recipes, and system applications.
• Identify and implement process improvements for future requirements.
• Conduct equipment and material validations (IQ, OQ, PQ methodology).
• Source suppliers, qualify specifications, and estimate costs for projects.
• Support new business projects and implement technologies.
• Train and build technical capabilities within the department.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, or Process Engineering.
• Knowledge of manufacturing systems (e.g., CAD, ERP) and workflow simulation tools.
• Experience with statistical process control and applying ISO standards (ISO13485, GDPMS).
• Understanding of end-to-end processes in manufacturing and supply chain engineering.
• Strong project management and presentation skills.
• Self-motivated, resourceful, and analytical.

Role

Provide engineering support to the operations team to operate a desalination plant efficiently and safely

Responsibilities

1. Liaising with PUB on dispatch of drinking water

- Daily plant availability and dispatch instruction compliance

- Liaise with PUB on water quality and reporting

2. Manage operations team

- Ensure operations as per SOPs and safe work procedures

- Coordinate with Maintenance team on plant/process optimization and improvement

- Handle Administrative and procurement matters for plant operations

- Operational planning, including manpower and chemical logistics

- Participate as member of the water safety team and emergency response team

- Disseminate information and instructions to operations team

- Coordinate training for operations team

- Troubleshoot for process upsets

Requirements

1. Degree in Chemical or Environmental Engineering

2. Knowledge and 5 years’ experience in Water Plant operations using membranes

3. Willing to work in Jurong Island

Main Responsibilities:

• Taking care for infrastructure support such as servers, storages, VMWare, Firewall (Checkpoint), cisco Switches, wireless AP, VPN, etc.
• Assist 1st level / 2nd level support on any technical related issues.
• Administering and overseeing network infrastructure
• Provide support for video conferencing (Microsoft Teams), and meeting equipment, projector, microphone, etc.
• Provide knowledge transfer for the projects deployed to end-users.
• Manage, support, train users for Microsoft 365 services, such as Outlook, OneDrive, SharePoint, Teams, etc.
• Support IP phone, printers, projectors, display TV, CCTV, and door access, with the assist from vendors.
• Any other Technical related tasks as assigned.

Job requirements:

• Min Diploma in IT / Computer Science / relevant field or higher.
• At least 5-years experience in a similar position is preferred
• Knowledge and experience in cyber security will be an advantage.
• Experience in Network, routing protocol.
• Knowledge of Active Directory, DNS, GPO, Office 365, SQL Server, Druva etc
• Good communication skills and fluent in common language.
