The Foundations of Thermodynamics Group is a newly formed group in the School of Humanities at the Nanyang Technological University Singapore led by Nanyang Assistant Professor of Philosophy Eugene Y. S. Chua. Its goal is to provide a space for research on all aspects of the conceptual foundations of thermodynamics, with particular focus on understanding the conceptual foundations of thermodynamics beyond the classical domain, e.g., in the quantum and relativistic domains, how thermodynamics relates to other non-fundamental domains such as fluid dynamics and neuroscience, and how it bears on questions in philosophy such as (but not limited to) questions about emergence, reduction, inter-theory relations, the nature of non-fundamental reality, the laws of nature, and the relation between symmetries and reality.

The group is seeking applications for a Research Fellow position on a 2 year contract. Successful candidates will carry out research which contributes to the group’s goals, primarily collaborating with Asst. Prof. Chua on ongoing projects while developing their own independent research projects. The ideal candidate will have a PhD in philosophy or physics, a strong research track record, a concrete proposal for a research project related to the Group’s interests, and excellent communication skills.

• Involvement in project implementation from regulatory perspective for new product introductions.
• Support relevant team on creating new product pipelines and launches products according to project timelines.
• Work closely with cross functional teams to ensure required documentation and compliance evaluations are in place for successful product registration/notification and launch.
• Provide regulatory guidance to departments or development project teams regarding appropriate subjects.

REQUIREMENT:

• Familiarity with relevant regulatory guidelines and standards.
• Possess good knowledge of local and Southeast Asia regulations, inclusive HSA, USFDA, TGA, etc guidance.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:

• Experience of 5 years or above of drug development and/or related experience in pharmaceutical/biopharmaceutical/medical, and 3 years or above on working with regional / country specific regulatory bodies, customs, regulatory consultants, etc.
• At least bachelor’s degree studies from an accredited college/university, preferably in Medicine/Pharmacology/Pharmacy/Chemistry/Pharmaceutical Sciences discipline or related field.
• Preferably holds a valid Pharmacist license with Singapore Pharmacy Council.

Ensuring cement loaded is the same as the delivery order.

Assist in the unloading of cement at allocated sites.

Maintenance of Concrete Mixer Truck

Able to do basic maintenance of assigned company vehicle.

Keeping the assigned vehicle clean.

Reporting of any Incident reporting of the truck to the supervisor immediately.

Responsible and able to attend to Customers' requests solely.

Responsible for maintaining and using the proper attire and personal protective equipment (PPE) while working.

• To assist in report preparation and administrative works
• Setup and maintain controls and document procedures
• Check the quality of data entry by field geologist/ site supervisors and report any errors to the Project Manager/Geologist for rectification
• To prepare and compile data for report submission
• To assist and support Project Managers in their respective project works
• To maintain an inventory of test inspection and measuring equipment
• Any other ad-hoc duties assigned

Possess relevant certificate/s from ITEC, CIBTAC, CIDESCO or equivalent will be an added advantage.
