Role Overview
The Business Development Executive plays a critical role in driving the company's growth by identifying new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and supporting the Business Development Manager in achieving organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities
A) Opportunity Identification & Market Expansion
- Identify new business opportunities and support the company’s strategic goals.
- Monitor market trends to ensure the company remains competitive.
- Assist in the development of business plans and strategies to target specific market segments for business expansion.
B) Client & Relationship Management
-Establish & maintain relationships with new and existing clients.
-Act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries, understanding their needs, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Assist the Business Development Manager in creating and executing strategies to develop long-term client relationships and strategic partnerships.
-Coordinate client feedback and align the company’s offerings with client expectations.
Skills & Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 2-4 years in sales or business development roles, preferably in process industrial sectors.
- Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with refineries, shutdown jobs, and process industries.
Sales & Negotiation Skills: Proven ability to generate leads, close sales, and negotiate contracts.
- Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Relationship Management: Experience in building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and business partners.
Other Requirements
Willingness travel Jurong Island for client meetings and attend industry events.
