- Lifting Operation:
Safely move and handle cargo as per the operational plan.
2. Communication and Coordination:
Utilizing communication equipment, including radios and other channels, to enhance coordination and communication with team members involved in the lifting operations.
3. Safety and Compliance:
Ensuring that all lifting operations are carried out in accordance with safety regulations, industry standards, and company policies to mitigate risks and maintain a safe working environment.
4. Equipment Inspection and Maintenance:
Conducting regular inspections of lifting equipment, identifying any maintenance or repair needs, and reporting them to the appropriate personnel for prompt resolution.
5. Ad-hoc Duties:
Assisting with additional duties as assigned by the supervisor/manager to support the smooth flow of operations and ensure operational efficiency.
