Job Description
· Work closely with business, distributors/end customers, internal customers to ensure timely delivery of equipment.
· Coordinate work process and information to ensure the timely arrival of heavy equipment or delivery information to customer.
· Ensure smooth running of daily service operation and resolve on-site operational issues and customer service level satisfaction.
·Liaising with existing customer and handling customer enquiry and feedback
· Work well with the engineers and mechanics on the follow up updates of service calls and job delivery.
· Liaise internal daily operation movements.

· Monitor training records
· Liaising with existing customer and handling customer enquiries and feedback.
· Must be responsible, committed and able to meet deadlines
· Build good relationship with the management, team and customers.
· Other adhoc duties that may be assigned.
Job Requirements:
· Preferably with Diploma in Administration / Engineering
· With 2-3 years of experience handling operation / customer service coordination
· Support business objectives; deliver high level of service & performance.
· Familiar with heavy equipments such as reach stacker, crawler crane, excavators, trucks and forklift will be an advantage
· Good communication and interpersonal skill
