• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, related field, or equivalent working experience.
• At least 1 year proven experience as an EDI Specialist or in a similar role.
• Proficient in EDI standards such as AS2, ANSI X12, EDIFACT, and others.
• Strong understanding of data mapping, translation, and integration.
• Working knowledge of SAP ERP system and integration methodologies.
• Excellent technical, problem-solving, project management, and analytical skills.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and data integrity.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Growth mindset – sense for trends and how existing processes can be expanded and further developed.
• Intercultural experience with global customers and colleagues
• Desirable: experience in vendor and contract management for (global) EDI service providers

Language Skills

• Demonstrates excellent oral and written communication skills in the English language.
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations.
• Effective in gathering and analyzing disparate data elements as well as presenting information and responding to inquiries from groups of peers, managers, customers, and global colleagues.

Computer Skills

• Experience with EDI software and tools.
• Expert knowledge of Microsoft Office Suites
• Extensive experience working with SAP ERP systems.
• Experience with Compacer and/or SPS Commerce a plus

Travel Requirements

Travel may be required up to 20%.
