Responsibilies:
- Familiar with documents submission to relevant government authorities
- Responsible for measuring quantities and taking off
- Prepare Variation Orders, monthly Progress Claims, final claims
- Prepare and submit Material submission form to client for approval
- Attend site meeting when necessary
- Prepare Tender and contract documents, including bills of quantities with the architect and/ or client
- Perform risk, value management and cost control
- Prepare and analyze costings for tender
- Allocate work to subcontractors
- Provide advice on contractual claims
- Understand the implications of health and safety regulations
- Identify, analyze and develop responses to commercial risks
- Undertake cost analysis for repair and maintenance project work
- All other QS related job
Qualifications:
- Diploma/ Degree in Constructions Building or its equivalent
- Ability in contract negotiation, contract administration and variations orders
- Able to work independently, analytical with excellent problem solving skills, proactive.
- Knowledge of AutoCAD, MS Excel, MS Word
- Possess knowledge in Cubi cost software OR any other relevant software will be an added advantage
- Possess minimum Diploma/Degree in Quantity Surveying / Electrical / Mechanical or its equivalent with 1- 2 years of relevant experience
- Able to start in a short notice period
