Objectives:

· Supporting refurbishment projects within the Domestic Business Management Division.

· Support and execute business expansion plan.

· Overseeing engineering processes, ensuring technical standards are met

· Collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver projects in a timely and cost-effective manner.

· To support refurbishment projects and business operations in the Singapore region.

· Ensure project quality, and act as a bridge between Japanese headquarters and local teams, fostering seamless communication and collaboration.

Job Responsibility:

1. Project Support:

- Plan, execute, and monitor refurbishment projects within the Capital Area.

- Assist in the execution of key projects, ensuring alignment with Japanese business standards and practices.

- Monitor project progress and report updates to stakeholders, ensure schedules effectively.

2. Technical Expertise:

- Provide technical input on refurbishment designs, materials, and processes.

- Conduct feasibility studies and risk assessments for refurbishment projects.

- Ensure adherence to industry standards, regulations, and safety protocols.

3. Collaboration and Communication:

- Work closely with internal teams, including procurement, operations, safety and quality assurance.

- Prepare and present progress reports, technical documents, and proposals in English and Japanese.

- Strong in Business Japanese communication and written skills to communicate with executives in Japan regional offices.

4. Administrative Duties:

- Handle documentation, reporting, and correspondence related to assigned projects.

- Coordinate meetings, schedules, and travel arrangements as necessary.

- Ensure all activities adhere to local regulations and company policies.

Requirements:

- A bachelor’s degree in business administration, Engineering, or a related field is typically required.

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a business or engineering-related role.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects effectively.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
