Job Info:

• Salary: Basic up to $3500 + AWS + VB
• Working Hour: 5 Days (Monday - Friday), 7.50am - 4.55pm
• Location: Joo Koon (Company transport pickup at designated point islandwide)

Job Scope:

• Diagnose and resolve technical issues by applying troubleshooting skills and analyzing IT problems
• Perform routine system checks and updates to maintain peak performance
• Create and update workflow documentation, including detailed manuals and system process records
• Manage an inventory of IT assets and equipment
• Continuously monitor, maintain, and repair the organization's network infrastructure, including switches, routers, and cabling
• Contribute to the design, development, and implementation of new systems and applications
• Install and configure computer systems and software applications for the organization
• Provide end-user support through help desk services and deliver training when required
• Update and publish content on the SharePoint Intranet or other internal platforms
• Work with cross-functional teams to analyze current processes and identify areas for improvement
