Job Requirements:

• Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or Maintenance Reliability Engineering field.
• At least 6 years of working experience in engineering with EPC/EPCM contractors or in Operation & Maintenance in the Oil, Petrol or Chemical plant or similar.
• Knowledge in Refractory repair work is an advantage.
• Strong desire to work in a leading edge industrial environment with a strong focus on reliability and efficiency.
• Strong Verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in Computer Skills such as Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project, Auto Cad, CMMS, etc.
• Able to work independently and in a team to achieve departmental goal of lean production.
• Knowledge of Maintenance and Asset Management is an advantage.
• Good knowledge of industrial standards such as API, ASME etc.

Successful candidate will be working in the main office located at 15 Tuas View Circuit, Singapore 636968. Company transport is provided.

Job Description:

• Responsible in daily deliveries to customers' sites.
• Assist in day-to-day operations, including picking & packing of outgoing deliveries, receiving/stocking/issuing of goods.
• Organise stocks in the warehouse, including loading & unloading of shipments.
• Responsible of upkeeping the vehicle.
• Any other ad-hoc tasks in the warehouse, including upkeeping.

We are seeking part-time English teachers to teach students whose first language is not English (mainly students attending international schools in Singapore). The curriculum may reference local school syllabuses but will also be adapted based on specific needs.

Responsibilities:

1. Design flexible lesson plans tailored to students' language levels and learning needs.
2. Utilize foreign/local school materials when necessary.
3. Assist students in improving their listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills.
4. Provide targeted feedback and develop personalized learning plans for students.
5. Be familiar with or willing to learn and apply different teaching systems beyond the local curriculum.

Requirements:

1. Excellent proficiency in English (native or near-native level).
2. Prior experience teaching non-native English-speaking students is preferred.
3. Familiarity with international school systems is an advantage.
4. Ability to adapt teaching methods to suit different student needs.
5. Patient, responsible, and able to communicate effectively with students and parents.
6. Have experience in teaching Olevel Physics and Chemistry
