The National Research Foundation (NRF) Medium Sized Centre for Advanced Robotics Technology Innovation (CARTIN) is a joint research center led by NTU with participation from NUS and ASTAR. • Ensure timely closing processes and accurate reconciliations, including intercompany transaction
• Support system and process improvements by assisting with system implementations and automating tasks to enhance efficiency.
• Foster relationship with customers and vendors, supporting operation teams in maintaining positive communication
• Provide administrative support to the accounting team, including maintaining contracts database and tracking project cost
• Any other duties suitable duties as and when assigned by Supervisor

Requirements:

1. Diploma/ Degree in Accountancy or equivalent

2. At least 3 years of relevant working experience

3. Proficient in MS Office Applications

4. Meticulous and proactive

5. Well-organised and comfortable with figures

JOB REQUIREMENTS
