Key Responsibilities:

• Develop fault analysis, robustness analysis, optimization, learning, coordination, and/or management solutions to support multi-robot coordination and fleet management
• Programming and testing of the developed models, algorithms, and methods
• Write the research results into publication manuscripts and project reports
• Contribute to project reporting and demonstration

Job Requirements:

• PhD in Electrical Engineering, or Automation, or Computer Science and Engineering, or related disciplines from a prestigious university
• Have at least 1 first-author publication in top-tier journal
• Knowledge in at least one of the following topics: fault analysis, robustness analysis, multi-robot coordination, fleet management, optimization and learning, or robotics
• Good simulation and programming skills
• Good interpersonal skills
• Good communication and writing in English

• Your role involves resolving hardware and software issues related to desktops, laptops, and other IT peripherals.

· Drafting of engineering and shop drawing

· Coordinate with Project Manager, Project Team, Design Team and related person.

· Prepare and review rough sketch and review them allow with the Engineering team.

· Responsible for attending the meeting with consultants, contractors as part of project.

· Familiarity with 3D modeling tools is preferred.

· Required to maintain all drawing files, update drawings as needed, and make corrections to drawings as directed by the Section Heads / Leads

· Coordination of drawings with Clients / Main Contractors and updating of drawings base on Meetings and discussion and in compliance to Regulation Codes and Practices

· Explain drawings to production or construction teams and provide adjustments as necessary

· Clarify and solve problems raised by teams

· Coordinate with team members and other discipline

· Other ad hoc duties assigned

Job Requirement:

· Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Draftsperson in the Metal work structural.

· Must have knowledge in Aluminium, Stainless steel, cladding system and metal work.

· At least Diploma in Building/Civil Engineering or equivalent.

· Strong communication skills with teams and subcontractors .

· 5.5 Days work week (Alt Saturday)

• Sorting of parts from shipment accurately
• Packing of goods for export

Maintenance Technician

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for M&E matters and facility maintenance
• Perform routine checks and troubleshooting of plant equipment
• Plan maintenance schedule for machines equipment, facilities and breakdown maintenance of the M&E Systems
• Discuss with contractor on machine matter or facility maintenance
• To highlight any follow-up actions from maintenance checklist
• Follow-up actions for yearly equipment and electrical licence application
• Respond to urgent/emergency situations
• Carry out scheduled weekly preventive maintenance and yearly equipment calibration
• Control chemical usage consumption and spare parts control
• Ensure good housekeeping at work areas

Requirements:

• NITEC or Higher Nitec in Mechanical/Electrical with at least three (3) years relevant experience
• Strong in problem solving/analysis
• Able to multi-task
• Able to work in cleanroom environment
• Able to work as a team player
• Possess positive work attitude with on-going learning mindset
• Proficiency in Computer literacy
• Understanding of welding knowledge will be an added advantage

• Conceptualise, coordinate, and execute on-site events with various themes and scales, including monthly artisanal markets, Christmas markets, and other seasonal events
• Collaborate with different stakeholders to ensure the smooth implementation of event plans
• Manage all aspects of events from ideation, and vendor sign up, to event wrap up
• Assist with the marketing of the event including creating simple marketing collaterals and managing social media platforms
• Design programs and activities to make casual visits to our venue more exciting and fun
• Work closely with tenants to develop collaborative promotions and offerings, to enhance visitor experience through overall activities to drive footfall
• Handling the marketing and leasing of advertising and other spaces

Job Requirement:
