• Prepare management report including monthly sales margin report, product category profit margin report, business segment report, individual sales performance report and production output report.
• Oversee 2 Assistants (1AR & 1AP/stock) and assist in operation to ensure smooth functioning.
• Oversee AR credit control.
• Prepare and e-file quarterly GST return.
• HR duties including MOM work pass application (>70 Foreigners), monthly payroll and submit CPF e-submission, yearly Auto-Inclusion, issue employment letters.
• Submit and renew Form D cost statement
• Liaise with external parties including Bank’s Account Manager, Auditors, Tax Agents and company’s Corporate Secretary.
• Any other ad-hoc duties assigned by Managing Director and Executive Director

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of working experience.
• Diploma and Bsc above
• Competent in Microsoft Office eg excel and familiar with accounting system Nav and payroll Financio will be a plus.

Responsibilities:-

• Support the management and delivery of SG Cares programme-funded initiatives, ensuring all key performance indicators (KPIs) are met. Oversee operational risk, quality assurance, and compliance to maintain the integrity and impact of volunteer-led programmes.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including community partners and volunteers, using various engagement platforms. Lead the planning and execution of volunteer recognition and engagement activities to foster a positive, motivated volunteer base.
• Assess and plan for the charity’s volunteer manpower needs, identifying required skills and competencies. Ensure volunteers are equipped with the necessary training and resources to fulfil their roles effectively.
• Identify and cultivate potential sources of volunteers, managing volunteer enquiries and addressing feedback to ensure a seamless, supportive volunteer experience.
• Develop and implement strategic outreach programmes and activities to recruit new volunteers, raise awareness, and expand the charity’s volunteer network, ensuring alignment with the charity's mission and operational goals.

Requirements: -

• Minimum Diploma in social work or its equivalent.
• Experience in the social service sector will be an advantage.
• Passionate to work and interact with seniors in the community.
• Strong inter-personal skills and ability to manage and motivate a pool of volunteers.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Assist in office operations, i.e., day-to-day administrative and operational duties, data entry of relevant information into database, etc.
• Work collaboratively with Management team to support the maintenance of client databases, manage enquiries, follow up and fostering of good relationships with clients

Responsibilities:

• Report to Project Director on project management, site management, and risk control to achieve project goals.
• Handle construction planning, scheduling, baseline programs, and coordinate with consultants, contractors, and suppliers.
• Monitor project schedules and report progress according to the baseline program.
• Assist PD in preparing project reports (e.g., monthly reports, VO management, EOT assessments).
• Liaise with clients, authorities, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers on project matters, providing technical and non-technical solutions.
• Conduct technical reviews to ensure contractual compliance and timely completion.
• Support the Contracts Department with tenders, including drawings, method statements, proposals, and claims preparation.
• Attend meetings with clients, consultants, and contractors to ensure progress remains on schedule.
• Oversee quality control, safety, and EHS practices on-site, identifying high-risk activities and approving method statements.
• Undertake additional duties as assigned by management.

Requirements:

• Diploma and above in Civil Engineering or equivalents.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant working experience.
