Purpose and Scope

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated E&I Engineer to lead the E&I Maintenance team. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in electrical and instrumentation systems within power or utilities plant environments. We are seeking highly skilled and motivated talents to join our Mapping and Localization Team for Autonomous Driving. This role involves working on cutting-edge technologies to enable high-precision localization and mapping systems that are essential for the safe and efficient operation of autonomous vehicles. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in algorithms, sensor fusion, computer vision, and robotics, with a passion for advancing autonomous driving capabilities.

Job Responsibilities

• Design, implement and optimize algorithms (e.g. SLAM) for real-time, high-precision localization of autonomous vehicles using sensor fusion of GNSS/IMU/DR, LiDAR, cameras, HD Map, and other sensors.
• Develop and maintain high-definition (HD) maps for autonomous driving applications. Work on the creation, updating, and management of detailed maps that include lane information, road geometry, traffic lights/signs, and other relevant features.
• Improve perception models for feature detection and tracking. Use deep learning and computer vision techniques to detect key features such as road boundaries, obstacles, and dynamic objects to enhance mapping and localization accuracy.
• Develop test plans, perform validation, and run simulations and testing to ensure the accuracy, reliability, and safety of mapping and localization systems in both controlled and real-world environments.
• Stay up to date with the latest advancements in localization, mapping, and autonomous driving technologies. Lead efforts to continuously improve the performance and capabilities of our mapping and localization systems.
• Write professional design and technical documentation.

Job Qualifications

• Master’s or Ph.D. degree in Robotics, Computer Science, Electrical and Electronic Engineering, Computer Vision, Deep Learning and AI, or a related field.
• Working experience in localization, mapping, or autonomous driving systems is preferred.
• Expertise in key mapping and localization techniques including GNSS/IMU/INS, SLAM, and especially deep learning-based perception and sensor fusion.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, strong programming skills in Linux C/C++, excellent communication skills, ability to work collaboratively with the team, etc.

• Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, resource allocations and procurement strategies.
• Coordinate and oversee construction activities, ensuring adherence to project schedules and specifications.
• Evaluate and select contractors and subcontractors based on qualifications, experience and cost-effectiveness.
• Functional role as process management lead to focus on the delivery of procurement RFP packages, analyze and present the delivery of work, which will require working with other consultants.
• Fulfill the core Project Management responsibilities, including but not limited to:
• Maintain and quality assurance on project documentation
• Sending invite of agendas for every regular or ad-hoc meeting setup
• Assisting the Project Lead with risk management of reporting
• Monitoring and reporting progress and communicating clearly with both clients and key stakeholders
• Working with main vendors and sub-vendors.
• Assisting the Project Lead to work and communicate directly with client for all projects deliverable.
• Liaise and manage the co-ordination of the partners and working groups engaged in project work (third part suppliers, client internal stakeholders, partners, etc.) and ensure the smooth running of projects.
• Adhere to the process guidelines set out b the department to manage all projects and responsibilities within the team.
• Work with the Operations Lead, Business Lead & Project Lead to continuously improve the way we work, from beginning to end, thorough documentation, processes and industry-leading best practices
• Proactively identify risks and develop and communicate solutions to contingency plans and manage accordingly
• Manage change control and escalating issues to the Project Lead where necessary.
• Provide regular status reports to the Project and/or Operation Lead
• Ensure that each step of the project is on-time and within budget as per project execution plan.
• Stakeholder Engagement and Communication.
• Create a stakeholder map.
• Act as the primary point of contact between internal and external stakeholders.
• Ensure seamless handover of completed deliverables to the operational teams.
• Documentation and Reporting
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation (JIRA, confluence, gantt charts, etc), including task trackers, decisions, and lessons learned.
• Deliver high-quality presentations and reports for management and stakeholders.

Required Qualification, Skills and Attributes:

• Requires a bachelor’s degree in engineering, Construction, or related field. An advanced degree in Business/Finance/Construction Management or related field is strongly preferred.
• At least 04 years project and construction management experiences in the direct management of real estate projects of varying sizes, complexities and across multiple markets (retail, residential, commercial, industrial etc).
• Strong presentation and interpersonal skills, seeks to develop strong client relationships.
• Excellent customer service and analytical skills are necessary as is an attention to detail personality.
• Proficient in the various project delivery models (DBB, DB, GMP, CM, MC etc.) and be confident enough to deploy them on any given project where the pro’s and con’s warrant such an approach.

Responsibilities:

• Create mixed-signal verification and coverage strategies tailored to complex IC designs, aligning with design architecture and specifications.
• Construct verification testbenches using standard verification languages and methodologies, ensuring comprehensive coverage.
• Author and execute test cases to validate mixed-signal circuits, focusing on functionality, performance, and reliability.
• Analyze verification results meticulously, offering constructive feedback to design teams for improvements.
• Collaborate closely with design and layout teams to pinpoint and resolve any design issues encountered during verification.
• Innovate and refine verification methodologies, tools, and techniques to enhance scalability and portability.
• Provide final sign-off on mixed-signal designs, ensuring readiness for tape-out.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical & electronic or equivalents and with minimum 7 years of working experience.
• Proficient in analog and mixed-signal circuit design and verification principles.
• Capability to formulate test plans, deliver presentations on findings, and communicate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Familiarity with verification methodologies and tools including simulators, waveform viewers, automated execution, simulation time optimization, and coverage analysis.
• Proficient in programming abilities, capable of crafting efficient scripts or programs in languages such as Perl, Python, and/or C.
