Job Requirements:

* Relevant graduate diploma for Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Computing, or Mechatronic)

* Min 1-2 yrs experience in good engineering practice, process automation, robotic, service and maintenance.

* Fresh graduates are welcome.

* Experience programming in PLC/SCADA/HMI/DDC, computer programming will be added advantages

* Analytical thinking

* Ability to work well with others in a team environment, providing input and feedback in a helpful manner.

* Strong team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills, ability to work independently, Pro-active and able to work in a fast paced environment and handle multiple tasks when required.

Position intro:

As a Maintenance Planner, you will be handling all aspects of Planned Maintenance activities, reviewing job costs, planning and managing field hours and reviewing the Service jobs before sending them to invoice. Accuracy is a key detail in this role, as you will be supervising technicians and facilitating the successful delivery of services.

Key responsibilities:

• Handle planned maintenance scheduling activities with Customers & Technicians/vendors.
• Manage any purchasing needed for job execution. Verify that purchase requests are submitted without errors.
• Arrange sub-contracted services and equipment when required, including rentals
• Execute goods receiving for purchase requests
• Assign service requests (SR) and work packages (WP) to field operatives
• Schedule and dispatch field operatives
• Maintain, update and manage all open jobs and their scheduling daily
• Review completed job costs including manhours, expenses and materials before sending to invoice daily
• Respond and cater for any customer needs and requests and escalate/delegate them as needed
• Responsible for miscellaneous activities, equipment/building maintenance, answering phones

Job requirement:

• Diploma in Business Administration
• 2 years of relevant experience
• Supervisory experience and technical (electrical/mechanical) skills preferred.
• Customer-oriented, well-developed interpersonal, communication and organizational skills.
• PC skills, able to prioritize tasks and willing to take on new and challenging tasks and work overtime or additional hours as needed.
