JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide regular technical training in SEA region
• Follow-up on warranty submissions from customers
• Resolve technical issues onsite at customer factory
• Prepare, maintain and modify technical materials
• Manage online e-learning technical webpage
• Provide assistance and technical support at events when necessary
• Any ad hoc duties as assigned

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or related fields
• Good knowledge in bicycle components, parts and technicalities
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (i.e. Excel, Words, PPT)
• Conversational skills with customers based in China Mainland and China Taiwan. Knowledge of Mandarin and English is essential
• Willing to travel overseas and work on weekends for events occasionally
• Comfortable to communicate and engage to all levels and big groups
• Possessing Class 3/3A license will be an advantage
