1. Build and train a competent Supervisor, Leadmen and worker team

Responsibilities：

1. Responsible for pre-sales support of products and problem solving solutions, assisting sales to research and analyze customer demand, formulating technical proposal and tender, expounding on technical solutions, demonstrating products and answering technical inquiries.

2. Assist sales to promote and sell products and problem solving solutions.

3. Collect and feed back customer’s opinions on products and technology to the technical department. Deepen solutions according to customer’s demand, and assist technical engineers to implement solutions.

4. Conduct relevant technical training for internal sales and pre-sales as well as external partners.

Requirements：

1. Bachelor degree or above; Computer, automatization or logistics majors are preferred.

2. Have three years and above experience in logistics automation, e-commerce or ERP-WMS; Experience in solution design, technical consultation, and project bidding is preferred.

3. Capable of analyzing, guiding demand and designing solutions in logistics, manufacturing storage, e-commerce and related IT systems.

4. Problem solving oriented , honest, pragmatic and responsible, highly enthusiastic and a team player.

5. Good communication and presentation skills, English can be used as working language; Proficiency in two or more foreign languages is preferred.

6. Willing to travel a lot.

Job Responsibilities

- Supervise Plumbing & Sanitary installation works.
- Discuss with Main Contractors, Sub-Contractors & Suppliers and Consultant if necessary.
- Documentation of method statement and work procedures.
- To develop, monitor, and review site construction activities to ensure work completion as scheduled.
- Manpower arrangement and supervise/manage site arrangement.

Working Day: 6 days per week

Job Requirements

Min 3 years experience in similar experience and managing a few sites.
Knowledge of Plumbing/Sanitary and Gas as an Advantage.

Review all electrical drawings with Leadmen performing on assigned jobs to them.

Stimulate fabrication standards to ensure quality work attained from assigned staff.

Recruit, guide, train, monitor and terminate assigned employees as required.

Recommend effective solutions specified particular weight related to employment status of employees.

Schedule, assign, plan and supervise electrical shop personnel performance on different electrical projects.

Plan and prepare work and equipment usage schedule

The Commercial Manager will be responsible for managing and developing relationships with key commercial clients. This position involves overseeing client accounts, ensuring the delivery of services and products, and identifying opportunities to drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, account management, and excellent interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to meet and exceed client expectations.

• Act as the main point of contact for all assigned commercial accounts, building strong, long-term relationships.
• Understand client needs, industry trends, and business challenges to offer customized solutions.
• Maintain a proactive communication strategy, ensuring clients receive timely and effective responses to inquiries.
• Develop and implement account strategies to meet the client’s objectives and maximize account potential.
• Identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and expanding the range of services/products offered to clients.
• Achieve sales targets and KPIs through proactive account management, focusing on client retention, growth, and overall satisfaction.
• Oversee the execution of services and deliverables for commercial clients, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Collaborate with internal teams (sales, marketing, operations) to ensure seamless delivery of services to clients.
• Address any client concerns or issues promptly and professionally to maintain client satisfaction.
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve operational or service-related challenges quickly.
• Provide actionable insights and recommendations for improving account performance and client satisfaction.
• Stay up to date with industry trends, competitor offerings, and market conditions.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field (preferred).
• At least 5 years of experience in account management or commercial sales, with a proven track record of managing client relationships and driving revenue growth.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multi-task and meet deadlines.
• Team player with good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Good problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Proficiency with MS Office.
