The job:

• To achieve Department & individual target by increasing service market coverage by obtaining new service contracts and maintain contract renewal
• To achieve Department & individual target by campaigning and get sales for major repairs and field service repair jobs and follow up with customers
• Expands business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in the industry and researching and analyzing sales options
• To build rapport and provide technical/logistics solutions to sales & rental customers

Basic information

• Location: Kallang
• Working timing: Monday - Friday, 9am - 6pm

Job scope:

• Coordinate sales meetings and events.
• Support daily sales-related documentation tasks.
• Ensure efficient facilitation of the sales process upon receiving Purchase Orders.
• Assist with meeting minutes, documenting key notes and action items.
• Provide support in preparing and submitting tender documents for the sales team.
• Prepare quotations and invoices.
• Assist the sales team by compiling and organizing necessary documents for client interactions, aiding team members in the field.
• Collaborate with the sales team to streamline sales processes.
• Focus on administrative tasks to ensure smooth back-end operations for sales.
• Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Job requirement:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
