Requirement:

1. Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred
2. Prior experience in accounting roles or related administrative functions
3. Strong basic accounting knowledge and familiarity with financial principles and practices
4. Experience in data sorting and accounting policy write-up
5. Competence in data entry and general administrative tasks
6. Good command of English and proficiency in Mandarin are advantageous for liaising with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders
7. Able to commence after The Chinese New Year (February 3 or February 10, 2025)

. Able to use AutoCAD, Revit and Sketchup software

· Collaborate and co-ordinate with Architectural, Structural, MEP teams and other sub-cons and provide construction layout plans and construction detailed drawings.

· Able to produce quality 2D/ 3D drawings/models from scratch with sketchup software.

. Able to prepare conceptual design and construction drawings using CAD software

· Able to spot any discrepancies between the actual site and drawings provided.

. Attend site meetings with MEP contractors, ID contractors for site issues.

· Quantity take-off estimating, pricing, tender support preparation, procurement produce, quantity measurement

· Prepare & compile tender documents and materials for submission

· Source for subcontractors, suppliers and do price & quality comparison

· Oversee negotiation and procurement of materials and equipment during project duration

· Oversee preparation of BQ, variation orders, cost estimate, cost control and budgeting

· Review M&E drawings, specifications and documents

· Prepare of progress payments and final accounts

· Assist project team in letter / report writing and correspondences

· Undertake other QS duties as and when assigned by management from time to time

Must be able to work night shift or split shift
Must be able to work extra hours or weekend if needed

Job Responsibilities

1. To coordinate multiple disciplines in large-scale projects with both technical and managerial capabilities.
2. To develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
3. To coordinate with teams to define project scopes, budgets, and schedules. And facilitate collaboration and communication across all project stakeholders.
4. To assist to create the design report and presentation for projects.
5. To manage a project’s design deliverables and construction lifecycle.
6. To represent the team at official project meetings for presentation of design, coordination works with other consultants and, where applicable, including contractors for construction work.
7. To carry out coordination work with client, consultants and/or contractors.
8. To oversee the preparation of technical documents, including construction drawings and specifications.
9. To participate in any research into design methods, principles, as assigned
10. To report to Vice president on progress of work and obtain direction from design directors

Job Requirements

1. Possess Bachelor of Landscape Architecture or equivalent
2. At least 5 years of working experience in the related field
3. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and relevant softwares
4. Possess project management skills, good interpersonal skills and a team player
5. A self-motivated individual who is positive, proactive and driven
