Job Description
- Communicate and process customers' orders into system.
- Generate Packing List and Invoices.
- Coordinate with Logistics team and delivery schedules with customers.
- Liaison with customers on stock availability and delivery via email and phone.
- Perform invoice accountability after delivery is completed, communicate with customers on lapse of invoices.
- Perform stock depletion in systems to tally inventory stock balance.
- Perform analysis of sales to assess business marketing approach.
- Record information of delivery receipts by customers into system.
- In charge of buying all expendable stock used by the Admin and Ops Team.
Job Requirements
- Good communication skills.
- Knowledge of using basic microsoft softwares and analysis functions
- Team player with good positive work attitude and able to take instructions well.
- Work with a passion to learn.
