Job Description

• Timely collection and delivery of container (eg. Import, Export etc) and cargoes.
• Perform daily checks on vehicle and ensure vehicle is in good condition prior before start of the day.
• Ensuring proper documentation e.g. delivery notes, pick up orders etc
• Comply to road & traffic rules while on duty
• Perform ad-hoc or other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Job Requirements

• Possess a valid Class 4 driving license
• Experience in driving Prime Mover Truck will be advantage, OJT will be provided basic $2000.
• Familiar with routes and roads in Singapore
• A team player with good communication and interpersonal skills

Seeking a driven and fit personnel. The candidate will be reporting to the Manager and supervising all functions of pickup and delivery. Candidates are preferred to have a minimum of 1 year of working experience in the relevant field. All other candidates will also be considered if shown keen interest in logistics work.

Job Responsibilities:

• Oversee and monitor last mile deliveries.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for addressing customer inquiries and concerns.
• Manage the processing of delivery returns from drivers and customers.
• Ensure that key performance indicators are achieved set by supervisor or manager.
• Ensure adherence to safety protocols and standard operating procedures.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum of 1 year(s) of working experience in relevant field, candidate who shown keen interest in logistics work will also be considered.
• Must be physically fit.
• Strong time management skills.
• Meticulous and detail oriented.
• Ability to communicate with all partners via calls and emails.
• Ability to complete multitask within given timeline.
• Class 3 license will be an advantage.
• Singaporeans Only.

Remuneration:

• Basic Salary - $2100 (Probation) to $2300 (Confirmation)
• Performance Incentive: $300 monthly for good attendance & performance! (No lateness or absence)
• Tenure allowance - after 1st/2nd/3rd year anniversary of employment the employee is eligible for $150-$500/monthly tenure allowances
• Mobile Phone Allowance
• Meal Allowance for overtime more than 2 hours on top of normal working hours - $10
• Overtime pay eligible

Other information:

• 12 days annual leave
• 14 days sick leave/60 days hospitalization

Working Hours: 5.5 days/week

• Monday to Friday : 9am to 6pm
• Saturday : 9am to 1pm
