Roles & Responsibilities
Prepares documentation and substantiation for measurement, cost plus and adjustable items as per claim requirements
Works closely with Engineering, procurement & subcontract teams to support timely contract price adjustment
Analyses, quantifies and prepares the material and quantity of work scope and record into database for managing of material and cost
Tracks changes to design and construction work, measure and value work done
Manages full spectrum of respective subcontracting works, claims and measurement / bill of quantities
Prepares tender document, bid checklist, secure bid and prepare bid evaluation and summary
Prepares progress claims on timely manner
Monitors, reviews and checks subcontractor claims and invoice on timely manner
Manages, prepares variation order and carry over work
Performs cost control, cost analysis and reporting
Any other assigned ad‐hoc duties. Requirements:
Degree / Diploma in any Engineering disciplines
Minimum 3 years of experience in quantity surveying
Familiar with offshore platforms, modules, FPSOs, jackets, etc. and onshore petrochemical plants will be an added advantage
Good team player and able to work independently with minimal supervision
Willing to commit overtime as and when required
