• Assist Project Manager to oversee, coordinate & execute assigned projects. And ensure projects complete and deliver it on scope, on schedule & on quality.
• Perform project schedule, planning, material requisition, cost monitoring and documentation submission & control.
• Coordinate with the internal design team & external customers on project document & drawings submission, amendments, re-submission & approval.

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS

Diploma in Electrical Engineering, or related industrial engineering field.

Job Responsibilities

• Report and assist Project Manager (PM) on project functions included but not limited to project management, site management, risk control management etc. to meet the project(s) goals.

TECHNICAL MANAGER Duties and Responsibilities:

• Serve as the technical expert for detailed design and construction aspects of the project

• Answer questions and resolve issues brought forth by the internal team members, client, consulting engineers and contractors

• Perform expediting actions in sourcing technical information, submission of data/method statement for installation, delivery and transport of materials/equipment, storage and issuance for site installation works

• Coordinate between BIM Modelling Team, Consultants & Contractors
• Troubleshoot of any BIM software/tools problems from BIM Modelling Team
• Provide simple trainings to Engineers/Designers on operating of BIM software/tools

• Follow the specifications, standards, workflows, settings and best practices to ensure deliverables of high-quality and consistent models and drawings across the project
