Centre for the Applications of Teaching & Learning Analytics for Students (ATLAS) is leveraging on learning analytics to improve teaching and learning as part of Education Strategy 2025. This position is similar in nature to a business analyst but for advancing the use of data for teaching and learning purposes. The position is critical for developing a communication plan to get faculty and students buy-in on the learning analytics goals of the university. He or she would also be responsible for gathering faculty, students and schools’ teaching and learning needs, and translating the needs into meaningful learning analytics solutions.

He or she would be working with the director and the data scientists to enhance data literacy of faculty and students. In addition, he or she is expected to support the administration of key systems such as Denodo and Dataiku in compliance with the data and AI governance policy of the university.

Responsibilities

• Conceptualise and execute a communication plan for learning analytics with various units in the university

Requirements

• Bachelor degree in Business Analytics or Data Science and related fields
• At least two years of experience as a business analyst or experiences working on data related project
• Prior experience working in an university setting is highly preferred
• Proficient in statistics, machine learning approaches and AI approaches including discriminative and generative
• Familiar with various data governance framework issued by PDPA

· To champion and liaise with production personnel on the investigation of root cause(s) of non-conformance and procedural failures

Work Schedule: 0830 AM to 1730 PM (Monday to Friday)

Position Summary: To ensure the proper handling of customers’ shipping orders – to ensure accuracy and adherence to instructions – in accordance with established procedures; and maintain the supplies and facility to cGMP standards.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Perform all processes in accordance to established procedures and cGMP standards. Maintain the facility and workspaces clean, neat and tidy. Ensure that equipment and instruments in the work area is maintained and operating normally. Complete regular reports (as required by Management or client) pertaining to relevant work area(s). Maintain proper documentation for all processes conducted/performed. Assist management in any other matters as required.

• Process all shipping orders in a timely manner.
• Complete the distribution check-list according to project instructions.
• Prepare relevant documents according to country requirements and client instructions.
• Complete documentation and update computer systems appropriately and correctly.

Assist in Project Management – updating contact listings, update checklist, generate and compile reports as requested, archiving study files and corresponding on import documentation.

Assist in Labelling and Packaging when necessary.

Minimum Requirements/Qualifications:

“N”- or “O”-Levels Pass / Relevant experience in Logistics/Warehousing industry

Non-Negotiable Hiring Criteria:

Needs to be computer-literate and meticulous in their work. Demonstrates English literacy and basic numeracy. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

• To provide industrial engineering support to shop production, internal & external customers in manufacturing process development, tools & fixture design and implementation, machines programming, procedure development as per engineering BOM requirement and business need
• To provide the CAM software application support to CNC programming, including CAM software postprocessor improvement and creating new
• Create manufacturing process (routing) and procedure (work instruction) per engineering BOM, quality plan and manufacturing process requirement.
• Design tooling and fixture as manufacturing process and operations’ needs.
• Design CNC machines programming and PLC recipe as process requirement and productions schedule.
• Analyze and continuously improve manufacturing process to achieve best production safety, quality, and cost performance.
• Evaluate and implement new manufacturing technology for shop operations objectives, manufacturing capability and capacity improvement.
• Develop and provide training for shop technicians for new products, process, tooling and others’ needs.
• Perform other technical support or projects as required
• Degree in Mechanical / Manufacturing Engineering.
• Familiar with CAD / CAM 2D drawing and 3D modelling.
• Familiar with MS software
