Working under close supervision, sets up, adjusts, and operates a variety of machine tools which may include numerical control/computerized numeric control lathes, mills, drills, computerized numerical control/numerical control and/or manual machines.

May be required to read blueprints, perform varying levels of shop mathematics associated with machining operations, and perform inspection procedures to verify work. Skills typically acquired through 2-6 years related machining experience.

Your Responsibilities

You will be responsible for a range of operational activities within the warehouse including, but not limited to:

• To respond to customer requests in a timely quickly, identifying + solving issues, complaints or disputes in a professional manner.
• To manage + process received orders in the system, handing them over to the warehouse operations team for completion.
• To communicate with customers regarding the order status or when issues arise.
• To prepare + sort documents such as cycle count reports, invoices; identifying + interpreting data for system entry.
• To coordinate with customer to submit billing as per agreed timeframes along with required supporting documents, monitor + follow up any discrepancies in original tax invoices, escalating as necessary.
• To identify + implement solutions aimed at continuous improvements within the customer portfolio (e.g. data quality, turnaround times, + customer satisfaction).
• To ensure compliance with all customer contractual obligations on the part of the company.

Your Skills And Experiences

• At least 3 years of customer service/warehouse experience preferred.
• Experience in handling customer inquiries, issues, and complaints in a professional manner.
• Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory control procedures.
• Ability to coordinate and track orders, shipments, and deliveries accurately.
• Proficiency in using computer systems and software relevant to warehouse operations and customer service (e.g., ERP, WMS or SAP systems, Microsoft Office).

1) Responsible for assigning correct fleet resources (tow trucks) to real-time and pre-scheduled job

2) Overall in charge of all Fleet (Tow Drivers and Lorry Drivers)

3) Monitoring and recording of staff fleet performance, attendance, discipline and management

4) Ensure daily,weekly and monthly KPIs are met and not limited to any task assigned by management

· Monitor overall food operation and ensure that food items are being prepared in a timely and correct manner.

· Control and monitor the optimum food cost to yield the maximum amount of outlet profit and maximum guest satisfaction.

· Check that the quality of food prepared by staff meets the required standard and make necessary adjustments.

· Monitors food quality and quantity to ensure the most economical usage of ingredients.

· Create new menu items and seasonal/ daily specials with the Executive Chef.

· Manage the training functions and ensure all staff are certified in their position before taking charge of an area of responsibility.

· Monitor staff performance in all phases of job functions, ensuring that all procedures are carried out to restaurant standards, provide direct coaching when necessary.

· Attend monthly management meetings, holds daily briefings and receive feedbacks in the absence of the Executive & Head Chef and communicate upwards to ensure a high level of staff satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Monitor outlet’s expenses, making sure that all costs are within the budget.
• Perform the duties of butchers/ cutters and servicing customers when require: (Wrap, weigh, label and price cuts of meat. Prepare and place meat cuts and products in display counter.
• Cut, trim, bone, tie, and grind meats, such as beef and poultry, to prepare meat in cooking form. Shape, lace, and tie roasts, skewer, and twine).
• Monitor store inventory & manage food quality.
• Planning on weekly staff duty roster.
• Supervise butchery operations, cash flow and handle petty cash payments.
