• Supervise, coach and engage the Quality team to strive for excellence, to deliver solutions that meet high-level quality standards
• Continuously improve customer satisfaction by handling customer complaints promptly and professionally
• Ensure products meet quality standards before reaching customers.
• Oversee all new product development procedures, ensuring that sustainability considerations and internal controls are integrated from the beginning.
• Risk Management: Effectively manage project risks, specifically those intrinsic to the offshore wind industry, manufacturing, Quality Assurance/Quality Control, and supply chain challenges.
• Ensure that the lessons learned are effectively captured and communicated during the project
• Expected to travel to Batam to monitor and control the construction progress and customer meetings.

Job Requirements :

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• 5-8 years of experience managing quality of Shipyard and installation. Experience in Quality Assurance and Quality Control for onshore / offshore wind projects, preferably specific to Offshore substation construction
• Proven success in quality and process management, with a track record in quality control and continuous improvement.
• In-depth knowledge of Quality Management Practices and standards such as ISO, APQP, PPAP, FMEA, MSA, REACH, ROHS.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate records of all IT and OT assets, including hardware and software.
• Develop and implement a robust asset management framework, including a comprehensive licensing framework for software assets.
• Track and manage software licenses to ensure compliance and optimize utilization.
• Conduct regular audits of IT assets to ensure the accuracy and completeness of records.
• Manage asset disposal and update inventory as appropriate.
• Provide input and maintain an Asset Management Plan and Operating Procedures.
• Work with minimal direction while maintaining exceptional attention to detail.
• Troubleshoot issues and provide common sense solutions to management staff.
• Communicate with internal and external customers and vendors.

Requirements:

• Diploma in IT/Computer Engineering/Computer Studies.
• At least 5 years of experience in IT support or a similar role.
• Experience with system upgrades and migrations.
• Proficiency in end-user technologies such as Intune, M365 and ITSM tools.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Relevant Endpoint Management certification and experience are a plus

Job Description & Requirements

• To provide a full suite of corporate secretarial services to our clients
• Assist in the incorporation of new companies, registration of Singapore Branches and other entities, striking off, ensuring compliance with the requirements of the Singapore Companies Act and the relevant laws
• Perform ACRA e-filings
• Responsible for preparing directors/shareholders resolutions, relevant statutory forms, and other related documents for ongoing corporate secretarial matters, such as opening bank accounts, changing bank signatories, etc.
• Assist in KYC (Know Your Client) checking and onboarding of new clients from across the world as well as liaison and coordination with third parties (auditors, accountants, etc.) for clients
• Update and maintain statutory registers and other records including the Register of Controllers and Register of Nominee Directors
• Any other corporate and ad-hoc jobs as required

Requirements

• Diploma/Advanced Diploma/Degree in relevant field, Business Administration, Business Management or Law
• ICSA qualification or currently pursuing SAICSA course (Beneficial but not compulsory)
• Relevant experience in corporate secretarial firms
• Working knowledge of relevant provisions of the Singapore Companies Act is a plus
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; team player
• Self-motivated and proactive; able to work independently and meticulously under tight deadlines.
