• Build and conducts the communication plan for Subject Matter Expert learning, sharing, and improving.
• Act as the project manager for the change management projects and reports the status monthly to the management team through well written and oral presentations.
• Propose and implement motivational programs able to sustain and improve culture on site.
• Challenge the status quo driving a continuous improvement and breakthrough mindset.
• Travel to UCT sites to perform similar functions and program rollout as needed.
