• Assist in handling customer inquiries, contract establishment, order tracking, and drafting replies to customer emails.
• Coordinate with suppliers according to customer requirements.
• Assist in meeting order completion targets.
• Help manage the entire business process from inquiry to delivery, including data organization and document filing.
• Follow company instructions and assist the supervisor in handling business-related tasks.

Job Requirements:

• Advanced Diploma or above; proficiency in spoken and written English and Mandarin as working languages.
• Min. with 2 years working experiences in related field.
• Detail-oriented, responsible, proactive, with strong communication and expression skills, and a high sense of responsibility.
• Good computer skills (MS Office).
• Well-organized and responsible with an aptitude in problem-solving.
• Proven experience in sales; experience as a sales coordinator or in other administrative positions will be considered a plus.
• Singaporean or Singapore PR applicants are preferred.

Responsibilities:

• Full spectrum of HR functions including talent acquisition, talent development, compensation & benefits
• Partner BUs to provide advice in HR related matters such as workforce planning, talent management, succession planning, and employee engagement.
• Implement and leverage technology to enhance HR service efficiency and effectiveness.
• Provide support in compensation reviews and annual salary/bonus exercises.
• Implement initiatives to foster a high-performance culture.
• Lead and/or support HR projects, initiatives, and functional portfolios to support overall HR workplan.
• Assist in payroll audits and ensure payroll records are in compliance with legal requirements.
• Assist in the implementation and maintenance of payroll software systems and upgrades.

Requirements:

• Degree in Business Administration &/or Human Resource Management or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in a HR Generalist/HR Business Partnering role.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Good communication & interpersonal skills.
• IHRP Certification will be a plus.
