· Developing the PLC programming, HMI / SCADA Designing as off-site development and onsite commissioning.

· Field wiring and commissioning the instrumentation such as transmitters, switches, valves and motors.

· Conducting Factory Acceptance Test (FAT), Site Acceptance Test (SAT) and related document preparation.

· Commissioning & troubleshooting for new & existing systems & Interaction with customer for Commissioning execution.

· Involve in the installation of new Equipment’s during plant expansion.

· Carry out Equipment improvements projects and modifications.

· Manage Projects including Testing and commissioning, on site installation, repair, maintenance and test tasks.

· PLC Programming of Life Safety Systems configurations.

· Diagnose errors or technical problems and determine proper solutions.

· Produce timely and detailed reports.

· Installing small additions and changes to existing systems.

· Follow all company’s filed procedures and protocols.

Requirements:

· At least 5 years of hands-on experience in PLC & SCADA developments and Maintenance

· Hands-on experience in Siemens S7-400 CPU, Mitsubishi, Proface, Panasonic, Allen Bradley PLC’s and redundant system configuration

· Hands on experience in Wonderware ArchestrA SCADA system, WINCC and TIA Portal

· Familiar with Automation and Control engineering

· Proficiency in Profibus communication and troubleshooting

· Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical / Electronic Engineering or above

· Knowledge of MS Office

· Basic knowledge in Mechanics, Pneumatics and Hydraulics.

· Strong personality with a hands-on attitude.

· Ability to work rotating shift and perform overtime on weekdays & weekends.

· On call support during and after office hours.

You will be responsible to drive high performance athlete life planning and life coaching support for all Team Singapore athletes across priority sports and lead a team of Athlete Life Managers (ALM) to deliver the Athlete Life framework that supports high performance sports development. Your role also includes overseeing the effective functioning of the Athlete Service Centre as a space for all athlete-related services, as well as developing resources/programmes to educate and engage athletes.

• Manage a team of Athlete Life Managers (ALM) who are assigned to support identified priority sports and provide guidance to athletes in achieving balance between their personal lives, education/career aspirations and high-performance sports goals
• Develop and deliver an impactful athlete mentorship and engagement programme to Team Singapore athletes on their journey to their next major Championships or Games
• Deliver a performance support system around high-performance athletes by working closely with other teams in the Sport Institute
• Drive the collaboration with National Sports Associations to develop and/or enhance individualized athlete progression pathway plans for high performance athletes
• Support the Division Head in managing the network of strategic stakeholders and partners (incl. national sports associations, education institutions, corporate organizations etc) to drive the promotion and communications of Athlete Life Management programmes to engage athletes, parents and key stakeholders
• Manage the daily operations of the Athlete Service Centre and lead the team to organize programmes/activities to educate and engage athletes in the centre.

Requirements:

• A professional Degree
• At least 3 years of working experience in working with elite athlete support systems, in professional sports organizations, or wider sports industry. Candidate for Assistant Director position should have at least 8 years of relevant experience
• Prior experience as an elite athlete, coach or in sports management/administration is preferred
• Experience in developing and managing engagement programmes, establishing new systems and processes, managing athletes or partners
• Good systems thinking skills, problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach
• Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
• A good team-player, highly motivated and performance-driven
• Ability to build trust and strong relationships with athletes, coaches and parents
