We are seeking a skilled and safety-conscious Class 5 Tripper Lorry or Lorry Crane Driver & Operator to join our team in the construction maintenance process industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the safe operation of lorry-mounted cranes, ensuring the efficient transportation and lifting of materials on various job sites.

Key Responsibilities:
• Operate lorry-mounted cranes safely and efficiently to lift, move, and place materials as required.
• Conduct pre-operation inspections and routine maintenance checks on the crane and lorry.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies at all times.
• Coordinate with site supervisors and crew members to understand lifting requirements and site conditions.
• Maintain accurate records of work activities, including load weights, travel logs, and maintenance performed.
• Assist in loading and unloading materials from the lorry as necessary.
• Provide support in other maintenance tasks when not operating the crane.
• Participate in safety training and adhere to best practices in crane operation.

Qualifications:
• Valid Class 5 driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Certification in crane operation (e.g., CPCS, NCCCO) preferred.
• Proven experience operating lorry-mounted cranes in construction or maintenance settings.
• Strong understanding of safety protocols and regulations.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to read and interpret technical documents and site plans.
• Physical stamina and the ability to work in varying weather conditions.

Job Description

• Perform full set of accounts with daily accounting & finance duties including receivables and payables processes, general ledger, tax and bank reconciliation, bank receipts, etc.
• Oversees Clients by issuing monthly maintenance and adhoc sales invoices to clients and monthly SOA.
• Chasing payment (AR) and send monthly AR aging report to directors.
• Update Monthly Project Summary & Adhoc Summary
• Monitor/check supplier's AP invoices and make payments
• Monitor daily cash balances to ensure sufficient funds for operational need.
• Prepare/compute monthly payouts for Supervisors and workers and pass to HR for payroll processing.
• Prepare Quarterly GST submission.
• Support audit and tax queries
• Manage timely closing process and reconciliations, including for intercompany transactions;

Main Duties and Responsibilities

We are seeking a Housekeeping Supervisor to be part of the team in Mandai Rainforest Resort by Banyan Tree. The incumbent will be responsible for ensuring that our Resort meets the exceptional standards of cleanliness which is expected of our brand.

Key Responsibilities

• Operations: Oversee and where necessary, undertake the cleaning and maintenance of public areas, including lobbies, hallways, restrooms, meeting rooms, and other common spaces. Such tasks include but are not limited to sanitizing, dusting, cleaning and other related duties.
• Safety and Compliance: As part of the role, you will be responsible for ensuring adherence to all safety procedures and guidelines. This includes internal Resort policies as well as any statutory regulations.
• Supply and Inventory Management: Monitor and manage our inventory of cleaning supplies. You will need to work with the team to ensure that supplies are adequate and to minimize wastage.
• Team Supervision: Supervise, guide and mentor a team housekeeping staff.

Job Requirements

• Professional certification in Hospitality / Hotel Management or an equivalent professional qualification in a related field.
• 3 to 5 years’ experience in a similar capacity, preferably in a property of similar standing.
• Strong interpersonal, leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support HR-related administrative tasks.
• Verify workers' job cards and timesheets for payroll processing.
• Maintain accurate records of leave entitlements, including annual, medical, and other types of leave.
• Handle applications and renewals for Work Permits
• Coordinate training programs for workers
• Assist with ISO, Green & Gracious, and other audit preparations.
• Perform ad-hoc administrative duties as needed.

In this role you will do:

Design Strategy and Planning

• Drive Product Design outcomes and set direction across teams; driving complex, strategic initiatives.
• Champion user-centered design principles and advocate for the importance of design within the organisation.
• Define and execute a comprehensive design strategy and design sprint goals that aligns with business goals and customer needs.
• Communicate the product’s vision, based on testing and design principles, to team members, external stakeholders and consumers

Product Design

• Create and execute low-to-high fidelity mockups, familiar with design systems, based on regional/contextual user behaviours, and working to shape the experience of the entire product and feature set.
• Produce visual design that elevates the quality, consistency, and credibility of user experiences in line with brand.
• Ensure consistency in design elements and maintain a cohesive visual identity for the product.
• Establish and maintain a design system and style guide to ensure consistency and scalability.
• Promote accessibility, system thinking and usability best practices in all design work.

User Research, Usability Testing and Iteration

• Lead stakeholder sessions, ethnographic research and design thinking workshops and translate key insights into concepts, personas, user journeys, storyboards, system maps, user flows, wireframes, visual design comps and prototypes.
• Identify key pain points and design simple solutions to particularly complex problems; knitting together multiple ‘features’ in one experience.
• Ability to plan, facilitate and synthesise usability testing towards actionable design deliverables for build
• Iterate designs based on user feedback and insights to continuously improve the product.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Work cross-functionally with Product and Engineering to represent the design team and facilitate design discussions
• Work closely with Engineering to ensure a high-quality implementation, solve for any technical constraints and business objectives whilst aligned to design goals.
• Work closely with the Product Management team to plan and execute product design strategy.
• Work closely with Marketing and Growth to create assets for social media campaigns.
• Confidently communicate design decisions and solutions to key stakeholders that solve for user needs and can benefit business objectives
• Lead and mentor other junior designers in the craft and processes of design.

You should have:

• 5+ years of experience designing stellar B2C products end-to-end, preferably fullstack web or hybrid apps
• Experience working in a combination of early-stage ventures, digital product build and corporate environments
• Experience designing and delivering end to end UI and UX using tried and tested processes.
• Strong experience to Agile delivery approach and related tools.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent fundamentals in design thinking, interaction design and visual design
• Experience coaching and mentoring others in Product Design.
• Solid experience with wire-framing and prototyping as a means to explore and convey design solutions with portfolio demonstrating design process, shipped work and impact.
• Solid experience using Human Centred Design techniques to understand user behaviour and expectations
• Expertise in Figma, Miro, Notion, Adobe Creative Cloud suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) and other design tooling.

Additional desired competencies:

• Experience in Branding, Service Design, User Research and Project Management.
• Experience in designing experiences for physical events and campaigns and worked with third-party vendors, contractors, clients and suppliers.
• Experience in EdTech, Sustainability, AR Design, Game Design, Conservation or related fields

Job Summary

Responsible for drawing of schematic and CAD drawing related to customer requirement for project progression and claiming purposes. Monitoring of claim status and update management with weekly/monthly reports.

Responsibility

· Monitor project costs, analyze deviations, and provide monthly cost reports.

· Evaluate subcontractor performance and resolve variations or related issues.

· Maintain accurate project documentation and ensure compliance with audit standards.

· Assist in drafting contracts, tender documents, and supplier evaluations.

· Create schematic and CAD drawings for project requirements, including TCP, schematics, and As-Built plans.

· Prepare and manage progress claims with clients and subcontractors, ensuring accuracy and timely submission.

Requirements

- Minimum Diploma in Building/Construction or Quantity Surveying, or equivalent. Additional certifications related to quantity surveying or procurement will be advantageous.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and AutoCAD. Advanced knowledge in Excel, including data analysis capabilities, is preferred.

- Familiarity with Adobe PDF editing or equivalent software.

- Experience in contract drafting, procurement, and administration.
