RESPONSIBILITIES

CASEWORK AND COUNSELLING

• Manage case referrals.

Care Corner Learning and Special Needs Support is looking to expand our focus from just educational therapy to providing wholistic support for children with learning and special needs. We are seeking a pool of Specialists on a part-time/flexi-time basis with a passion to supplement our full-time in supporting children with learning and special needs. Position Summary

In support of ASM’s Data and Analytics growth journey , we are searching for a Data Analyst. This role in the Operations Data Analytics team is pivotal for Reporting , Analytics and Insights for the Global Operations Business functions encompassing Forecasting , Production Planning , Purchasing , Supply Chain , Logistics , Manufacturing , Operations Engineering Change Control and Quality.

As a Data Analyst you will work closely with Data Analysts and business stakeholders to provide Data Analysis , Reports , Insights and Solutions to Business problems.

The position will provide plethora of opportunities to apply Data Concepts to real world problems in Business Operations.

Primary Responsibilities

The responsibilities are grouped into two main areas:

• Development : To develop Microsoft Power BI Reports (Data Visualization Reports) for Global Operations Business Functions.
• Data Analysis : To understand business problem, identify data sources , extract data , analyze and publish results and presentations to the stakeholders.

Your role

• Design, build, test and maintain Microsoft Power BI Dashboards .
• Collaborate with data analyst and business stakeholders , to understand business problems and deliver data analysis , insights and recommendations.
• Collaborate with Technology IT teams - Business Intelligence , SAP Applications and Data Engineering teams for Power BI Dataflow creations.
• Suggest recommendations for Automating repetitive tasks using Microsoft Platforms Solutions/AI,
• Handle change requests and service requests
• Participate/Conceive in Big Data project/proof of concept using Azure Data Lake/Azure AI.

Education

• Bachelor/Master’s Degree/ in Data Analytics / Data Science / Artificial Intelligence/ Mathematics / Statistics / Computer Science/IT/ Engineering / Computing / Supply Chain or Operations Management / Operations Research or related STEM qualification

Experience

• Knowledge of Data Visualization Concepts and Tools eg. Microsoft Power BI
• Minimum 2 years work experience in Data Analytics field / Data Science / AI projects.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Programming Language (R/Python/SQL )
  Statistics
• Data Analytics Basic Concepts , Technologies and Solutioning
  AI basic knowledge / Algorithms functioning / Supply Chain / Manufacturing / Quality / Operations Engineering functional process knowledge
• Strong analytical , critical thinking , logical reasoning and problem framing and solving skills

3. Schedule Production machines loading.

4. Preparation material for daily production machines (MRF and AMR).

Summary of the Job:

· Responsible for mechanical design tasks of given project and ensure delivery of the machine according to customer requirements.

Job Description:

· Prepare design concept according to customer requirement & compiling quotation from new/existing supplier at RFQ stage.

· Lead the qualification of new part from new supplier with Project buyer. Work with Quality Assurance to qualify the new supplier when required.

· Execute design according to customer requirements and to finish the jobs within given schedule and budget.

· Review and confirm technical specification with customer.

· Develop detail & assembly drawing according to Sys-Mac drafting standard.

· Designer to draw schematic diagrams for Assembly.

· Loading drawings and the files into in-house manufacturing share drive for their retrieval.

· Print drawings to verify the correctness before handling to Admin Assistant to route to in-house manufacturing to produce the parts.

· Prepare Bill of Material (BOM).

· Request PDA from planner and prepare Material Requirement List (MRL) of the project and release to Planner/Project Engineer.

· Liaise with respective Control Engineer for the requirements of electrical circuit and software development of the project.

· Liaise with the Project Engineer and assist on execution of assembly and buyoff of the project as and when necessary.

· Initiate Change Notice Request (NCR) for change of part design.

· Report progress and project related issues to the Sr. Design Engineer.

· Prepare of Machine Operation Manual & Maintenance (Mechanical) for the project.

· Maintain proper project documentation.

· Other duties as and when assigned.

Job Requirements:

· Degree/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.

· Min. 4 years relevant experience in Automation machine design.

· Ability to create and interpret mechanical drawings, carry out design calculations and component detailed drawings.

· Able to perform assigned tasks independently or through team activities.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Plan engaging and well-paced lessons taking account of the diverse learner profiles of students
• Deliver lessons using evidence-based pedagogy and meaningful activities to meet the educational needs of individual students
