Job Description
• Handle food preparation of ingredients, wash, clean, dice vegetables and meat, assisting the R&D Chef.
• Cooking and packing of food for internal department in preparation for production.
• Assist in raw materials ordering and maintaining stock inventory FIFO.
• Assist in collecting food supplies and document stock requisitions.
• Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen, workstations and trolleys at all times.
• Maintain good personal hygiene and adhering to work safety standards in the workplace.
• Responsible for the hygienic and safe preparation of food, complying to the food safety guidelines.
• Check and report equipment issues to supervisors or maintenance department.
• Any other duties as assigned by R&D Chef/immediate superiors.
Requirements:
• Minimum technical certificate or in any relevant fields
• Minimum 2 year of experience working in hot kitchen and/or food production.
• Able to work in cold/hot temperature and fast-paced environment, carry heavy load (if required) and handling machineries.
• 5.5 day work-week
