Key Responsibilities:

The Data Center Business Development Leader (DC BD) is a newly created role responsible for growing commercial equipment, controls and service sales with specific focus on expanding our Data Center customers. Your extensive knowledge about Data Center products along with exposure in the HVAC industry will help drive our business objectives to deliver end to end sustainable, intelligent climate and energy efficiency solutions for our customers.

The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of data center solutions and have a proven track record in sales and business development. This role will focus on identifying market opportunities, engaging customers, managing accounts, and overseeing the bidding process for data center cooling solutions.

• Market Mapping: Identify and analyze market opportunities for data center cooling solutions in Vietnam, focusing on customer needs and industry trends.
• Customer Engagement: Foster relationships with key stakeholders, including colocation providers, hyperscalers, and enterprise accounts, to understand their requirements and tailor solutions accordingly.
• Account Management: Manage existing customer accounts, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention while driving new business opportunities.
• Bidding Process: Lead pre-bid activities, develop competitive proposals, and participate in tender submissions to secure new contracts.
• Negotiation and Closure: Negotiate terms and conditions with customers to finalize agreements and achieve revenue targets.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including engineering, operations, and regional Centers of Excellence (CoEs), to align strategies and support customer needs effectively.

Requirements

• Minimum of 7 to 10 years of experience in sales and marketing of data center solutions and products.
• Proven track record in managing accounts at a country level, particularly within the data center industry.

Position Responsibilities

Early Learning Center Counselor Responsibilities

• Provide in-class guidance lessons for students using the Second Step Curriculum
• Work with grade level teachers to provide ongoing support and guidance in regards to student needs.
• Provide personal and academic counseling for all assigned students, using individual and group processes.
• Assist teachers in the placement of students into classes each year using the knowledge gained about them throughout the year.
• Assist teachers in planning and developing an effective home and school communication system, providing in-service and resource support as needed.
• Guide and assist teachers with their morning meeting routines by providing advice,materials, and support to them.
• Assist the School Psychologist in coordinating any testing program as well as guide and assist teachers in interpreting the test results.

**Must have a strong background working with students in a school setting, presenting with a range of mental health issues, including but not limited to: Anxiety, Self-Injury, Depression, Suicide Ideation, Eating Disorders, Substance Abuse, Obsessive Compulsive, Esteem, Organization, Time management, Technology issues, Parenting difficulties (including crisis parenting issues), etc. The expectation is that a PAC counselor will be able to assess the level of severity/threat, plan short-term counseling support (6-8 sessions), triangulate services and support with parents, teachers, administrators, school psychologists, and mental health providers within the community. While not a long-term/ therapeutic setting, the expectation is that PAC counselors would be able to provide short-term support addressing mental health issues.

***Must have academic experience working with students. Duties include: Assisting students in designing an academic program, including but not limited to: a class schedule, a 4-year plan, resume building, regular monitoring of academic progress, completing career and interest surveys, and collaborating with teachers and parents regarding academic progress.
