As the Head of Marketing - ASEAN, You will:
> Be a strategic partner for the Commercial Team & Customers, by driving differentiated marketing strategies that leverage Givaudan's strengths within the industry. Aiming to capture clients' hearts through relevant innovation, resulting in increased inflow and constant business growth within the ASEAN region.
Which translates to INFLOW.
> Understand the market and develop and manage the ASEAN business plan to drive the generation of inflow and innovation and to support Commercial heads to constant business growth within the region. You need a strategic mindset, strong leadership abilities, creativity and the ability to develop and execute integrated marketing and business development strategies.
Increase market share, participation rate and penetration in the market also searching for white spaces.
> Be the bridge between Sales, Consumer Understanding, Customers, FC&A and Regional innovation.
> Align the local marketing teams to develop a way of working to create Aha moments that lead us to improve our Customer intimacy promoting our Imagine pillar using Food experiences and Co-Creation.
This role is located in Singapore and reports to the Asean Commercial Head.
Your focus areas will include:
· Responsibility for developing the ASEAN Business Plan.
· which consists of business development through engagement with Sales, RI, and country managers.
· Leadership and mentorship of local marketing teams in the region.
· Direct and execute marketing efforts to target customers
· Lead commercialisation of both global and regional strategic big-investment products and technologies in the sub-region
· Create and manage high-quality content to support sales and marketing
· Responsibility for Digital Marketing
Is it You?
Your professional profile includes:
> Academic background:
· Bachelor/Master degree in Marketing, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration or related areas
> Experience:
· At least 10 years of Marketing B2B experience (additional B2C is an advantage) in an international environment, including marketing strategy
· Experience with food and beverages business marketing strategy and principles
· This includes brand execution, commercialisation of new products, and creative promotions
> Skills
· Proven track-record of leading marketing teams and working in collaboration with technical, commercial and innovation divisions
· Proficient English, other relevant language is advantageous
· Strong project management
