Job Description - Human Resource:
Ā· Full-spectrum of HR cum administrations, including Recruitment, Compensations and Benefits, Performance appraisal, Payroll Processing, implementation of policies, staffs' discipline/disputes, and other HR-related functions
Ā· Assist in work pass application and using of WPOL, EPOL, and MyMOM Portal
Ā· Liaise with agent to get the worker details who will be on board
Ā· Co-coordinating for appointments with MOM on work permit card and medical checkup for the same
Ā· Maintain, update and ensure accuracy of all HR records, systems, user guides, internal policies and personnel file
Ā· Manage the complete on-boarding and off-boarding process for all Singaporeans and foreign employees including the administrative work (eg; employment contract, policies, medical claims, insurance matters, and monthly headcount reports, etc.)
Ā· Responsible for payroll computation on the respective department
Ā· Prepare monthly payroll report and summary report for Finance
Ā· Support day-to-day activities of our HR & Admin department, include processing employee data, learning & development, assisting in the hiring process, scholarship and sponsorship, internship program, orientation and make sure all HR operations run smoothly
Ā· Administration of mandatory training including but not limited to monitoring the validity of the training certificate(s), training registration, etc
Ā· Coordinate with MOM listed training centers to book training for new workers, existing workers whenever its necessary
Ā· Specialize in end-to-end recruitment functions which include job posting, screening, and interviewing
Ā· Monitor monthly staff medical / dental claims
Ā· Handle all other HR matters and administration tasks as assigned by the manager
Job Description - Administration:
Ā· Support Manager in Company Administration matters
Ā· Manage and maintain contact list changes
Ā· Arrange accommodation and transportation for our company business partners as well as our staff
Ā· Provide administrative support such as scanning, filling, compiling documents, invoice, etc
Ā· Assist in administration of company insurances, medical claims etc. through insurance broker
Ā· Assist in organizing Company functions and staff welfare activities
Ā· General office administration including but not limited to answering incoming calls, distribute incoming letters, update phone and email listing etc
Ā· Order office supplies/pantries and research new deals and suppliers list
Requirements:
Ā· Candidate must possess at least Diploma / Degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent or Business Administration or related discipline
Ā· Minimum 2 years of experience in Human Resources or related
Ā· Good knowledge of Employment Act & Singapore regulations
Ā· Able to work in a fast-paced environment
Ā· Independent team player with the ability to multi-task
Ā· Attention to details and good administrative skills
Ā· Good communication skills
