ABOUT THE ROLE

The Senior Performance Specialist role directly impacts the success of paid digital marketing campaigns. Their contribution will drive impressive performance and growth through continuous reviewing, monitoring, reporting, and optimization of paid channels such as (but not limited to) Google Ads, Facebook Ads, TikTok Ads, Programmatic, and LinkedIn Ads. 

The role requires a savvy digital marketer with hands-on execution experience and reporting involvement in paid search and/or paid social campaigns. WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING 

Campaign Management and Execution (40%)

• Acknowledge and execute the delegated tasks from Account Managers and Performance Managers in a timely manner
• Proactively schedule and perform recurring optimizations including bid management, budget allocation, forecasting, performance monitoring, strategic testing, campaign expansion, reporting, etc.
• Prioritize conflicting tasks and actively communicate tasks progress and completion time to manage stakeholder expectations
• Perform corrective actions for performance and budget pacing 
• Thoroughly review all outputs to ensure accuracy, quality, and best practice
• Assist in the onboarding of a new client when necessary 
• Liaise with contractors and freelancers for support in campaign execution 

Investigation & Reporting (30%)

• Proactively monitor and communicate campaign performance to immediate stakeholders
• Assess, investigate, and resolve campaign issues and poor performance
• Produce insightful reports (ad hoc and scheduled) for the allocated channels
• Initiate discussions with managers on growth strategies
• Employs analytical reasoning, data analysis, and problem-solving skills to effectively and efficiently manage campaigns
• Collaborate with the Data team to continually provide feedback to optimize client dashboards more efficiently and effectively
• Reach out to senior support immediately and proactively when across arduous issues

Client Communication & Collaboration (20%)

• Champion ideas and insights to the development of digital strategies for paid campaigns, including strategic roadmaps, media plans, experiments, and promotional campaigns
• Provide task briefs to other departments such as Creative and Data
• Effectively communicate internally and externally with direct stakeholders
• Manage select SME client relationships independently, while working closely with performance managers for oversight and support.

Team Development (10%)

WHAT YOU WILL BRING 
The minimum qualifications for this role include:

• 3-4+ years paid social and/or paid search campaign management experience ideally at an agency, ad tech provider, or client-side with over $50K per month budgets

• Lead topsides design review activities either internally with other discipline or externally with other parties (include client);
• Initiate, organize, participate, record & file the minutes of meeting with external parties (include client) for topsides design related activities;
• Prepare, update & monitor the topsides design Punch List & Hold List on weekly basis, especially related to external parties (include client);
• Support Project Planner in preparation of monthly or weekly report to client related to topsides design progress & status;
• Support Topsides Engineering Manager/Engineering Project Manager & commercial team for VO related to topsides design;
• Responsible for ensuring that all topsides design activities meet work scope & comply with Project Quality Plan.
• Liaises with Construction & Commissioning Team to ensure topsides design activities are in-line with Area or System Completion Priority.
• Understand and monitor all interfaces with Class Society (if topside is classed) / other regulatory bodies and Clients to ensure requirements are properly addressed and relevant documents are reviewed timely.
• Assist topsides EPM in preparing project close-out, including as-built documentation and engineering close-out reports.
• Tack and coordinate changes with Discipline Leads ensuring team members follow the management of change process (MOC); ensure recorded changes are followed through.
• Proactively identify and monitor areas likely to change to reduce the “surprise” element, added costs and delays to project.
• Coordinate the interfaces with subcontractors and third party consultants and ensure all changes are captured through MOC process

Requirements

• Minimum Bachelor Degree in Engineering;
• Minzmum 10 years working experience in offshore oil and gas project managing topsides design works;
• Able to liaise with internal and external parties;
• Able to comprehend the strategies, work methods, processes and systems in overall project execution and engineering execution of topsides design;
• Highly competent interpersonal and influencing skills to tactfully and diplomatically manage ambiguity, conflict and uncertainty in a culturally diverse environment.
• High awareness of safe working practices associated with design, construction, mechanical completion, pre-commissioning and commissioning of an oil and gas facilities.

JOB SUMMARY

Under general direction, the Technical Sales Manager is responsible for managing the technical sales aspects including segment, product line & technology packages, and all relevant technical supporting activities throughout the entire sales process. Successful activities include: collaborating within the sales organization on new customer opportunities, building strong customer relationships, technology training, collecting & analyzing customer/market insights to identify winning technology solutions, and supporting strategic sales growth initiatives. To be responsible for all electrical and instrumentation equipment’s, troubleshoot and give solution to all the electrical & electronic related technical problems in the plant. Provide availability of plant 24/7 for shipment receiving, loading/unloading, packing plant, mixing plant and production activities.

Main duties and responsibilities:

• Perform electrical work, preventive maintenance and repairs on all the plant/facilities/industrial related equipment’s

• Read and work from blueprints and drawings in the installation, repair, and maintenance of plant electrical equipment with or without supervision

• Install, adjust and maintain all electrical equipment, gauges and instruments

• Troubleshoot, evaluate and coordinate electrical needs, repairs and modifications

• Ensure that manufacturer’s standards of repair and maintenance are performed on all equipment

• Repair and troubleshoot circuits, wiring, motors, starters, controllers, pneumatic valves, sensors, mixing plant and etc.

• Be in-charge of electrical and instrumentation department, Issue Lock-out (LOTO) / work permit to other internal departments during maintenance and breakdown activities

• Conduct risk assessment, to uphold and to adhere to all workplace safety regulations

• Calibrate testing instruments and install or repair equipment to prescribed specifications.

• Perform routine and emergency electrical tasks including, but not limited to, diagnosis of motor and electrical equipment faults, wiring issues, equipment replacement, etc.
