Job Responsibilities

- Work closely with the management and business unit heads to meet the business' HR needs.

- Content creation for social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, YouTube


- Maintain company’s objective by generating inbound leads via Facebook Ads, Google Ads (Paid and Organic)

Job responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and repair work on facility infrastructure and cryogenic storage tank farms.
  Monitor and manage spare parts inventory to ensure optimal stock levels.
• Inspect and assess the operational condition of machinery and equipment.
• Assist in supervising contractors during maintenance activities or project execution, ensuring adherence to project timelines and quality standards.
• Conduct regular maintenance checks, including gas sampling tasks, to maintain operational efficiency.
  Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all maintenance activities.
• Ensure that all work is performed in compliance with established standard operating procedures.
• Observe and enforce strict adherence to safety protocols and safe working conditions.

Requirements

• Minimum qualification: NITEC in Mechatronics, ITE, or an engineering-related field.
• A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience, specifically in the maintenance of cryogenic liquid and compressed industrial gas equipment.
• Valid Singapore fork-lift license.

Job Description:

• General support includes planning and purchasing such emailing, communicate with suppliers for committed date, generate report, etc.
• Liaise with suppliers and revise on contracts
• Compile and breakdown contract negotiation language changes preferable using any AI to track and consolidate contract language between original vs. revised.
• Any other general task assigned by the purchasing & planning supervisor.

• Min. Diploma in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or related fields.
