Be Part of Our Success
- Providing 1st level / 2nd level support to end-users in troubleshooting and resolving of desktop PC, servers, network problems. Perform IMAC for computer setup
- Provide overall system administration and maintenance support for domain environment
- Take ownership of all the calls coming to service desk until the case is closed
- Provide Monthly report to supervisor / manager
- Regular housekeeping of all in house systems and operating procedures
- Review systems regularly to improve and streamline work processes
- Perform overtime as and when it requires
- Any other tasks as and when assigned by the reporting supervisor / manager
Qualities We Value
- Knowledge on basic LAN/WAN networking infrastructure is a must
- Knowledge of domain knowledge, enterprise applications is an advantage
- Able to troubleshoot and resolve all technical problems with minimum supervision
- Able to provide Helpdesk level support over phone / email / onsite / Incident Mgt System
- Experienced in installation, setup, configuration, migration, upgrading and maintenance of server, desktop PC, OS, software and related peripherals
- Have good communication skills, be meticulous and organized in your work and be able to work well with tight deadlines
- A good team member
- This is a 1 year direct contract
- Working location is in Jurong East
