About the role
This role contacts assigned / agreed customers or prospects to sell company products and services within a designated territory. Main responsibilities

Sales Management

• Owning and achieving annual sales budgets within assigned accounts.

• Review new opportunities, new business, loss business and new competition on a regular basis and take corrective actions, where applicable.
• Conduct monthly, quarterly, and yearly customer business reviews, ensuring well-prepared meetings with relevant stakeholders.
• Support HOS in ensuring minutes from Strategic Reviews are distributed to all relevant stakeholders and corrective actions are followed up.
• Escalate concerns or complaints to the HOS timely.

Opportunity Management

• Develop a personal network within the business sector and represent AMOS at events, obtaining market intelligence and enhancing visibility.
• Adhere to company processes and procedures and utilizes the Salesforce and other tools to document customer interaction, needs, and business projections.

Key job purpose

• Conduct investigations on the bonding and debonding of adhesively bonded composite joints with modified adhesives via induction heating by developing a in-situ heating – peeling testing device.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deep drive into the modification of adhesives with magnetic particles and investigate the hysteresis heating response under the induction heating.
• Able to fabricate the long fiber reinforced composite materials with modified adhesives for their joining and investigate the debonding response Develop necessary test matrix to do comprehensive parametric studies
