- Ensure inter-company transactions tally among multi-companies

- Prepare/Review quarterly GST submission

- Ensure all filing is done in a timely and accurate manner

- Making sure compliance with all legislative tax & financial reporting policies and requirements

- Perform any other duties as assigned by the management - Liaise with external auditor

Requirements:

- Minimum Diploma in accountancy

- At least 4 years of handling full set account’s working experience, preferably F&B

- Software skills: Advanced MS Excel, word & Million software preferably

- Positive working attitude

Job Responsibilities

- Manage and lead procurement activities for supplies and services from vendors.

- Lead the competitive sourcing process, initiate requests for information/Quotation/Proposal, negotiate commercial terms.

- Execute all contractual matters of assigned projects and ensure that they are dealt with effectively.

- Monitor and analysis trends in spending and inventory control and make recommendations to identify areas for saving.

- Other adhoc matters assigned by the Management.

RESPONSIBIITIES & DUTIES

* To design, write & troubleshoot machine electrical & control systems for factory automation, smart-factory technologies as well as AI platform.

*To design and perform detailed designing for machine electrical control systems for Factory Automation, Smart-Factory Technologies, Machine & Equipment Manufacturing.

*To write Programmable Logic Control (PLC) program for automatic machine control & processes. Preferably, with Industrial PC (IPC) programming experiences too.

* To collaborate and work together with the Design Team (comprising of both mechanical & electrical members) for the design concept arising from new projects proposal and confirmed projects.

*To lead the in-house electrical staff and/or the company’s appointed electrical vendors on the respective machine control and electrical systems and operations of the projects.

*To lead the assembly members & technicians during Machine set-up, Machine Assembly Process, Alignment, Testing & commissioning in the Company and/or customer site.

*To spearhead meetings and review with the design team and the customers on control system requirements and specification.

SMART-FACTORY TECHNOLOGIES & SOLUTIONS

*To team up with cross-disciplinary teams of engineers & specialists focusing on smart factory technologies & projects.

*To ideate and build robust data and digital technology driven solutions for advanced manufacturing / industrial processes.

*To leverage AI and robotics-integration solutions to meet customers’ automation & real-time needs.

PROGRAMMING SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS

* PLC based system: ladder, functional block, structure text

* PC based system: C++, VB (visual basic)

• Lead and manage the manufacturing team to achieve production goals

• Develop and implement strategies for process improvement and cost reduction

• Monitor production performance and implement corrective actions as needed

• Collaborate with production teams on product development

• Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions for production issues

• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards and company policies

• Technical process owner on in-house capabilities, for all matter related to engineering and production

• To supervise production and workers to ensure that all work is accomplished according to required specifications

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Mechanical/Precision Engineering

• Experience in manufacturing processes and lean methodologies

• Minimum 5 years of working experiences in relevant industry

• Strong analytical and problem solving skills

• Excellent communication and team work abilities
