ROLE

1. Role Overview

Reporting to the Team Leader for Education, the candidate will assist the Special Education Teacher in classroom management for children with learning difficulties. Together with the Special Education Teacher, you will assist to manage behavioral and academic challenges, and deliver quality education for our students, while in alignment with our philosophy and guidelines.

1. Program Implementation:

• Assist to deliver programs in alignment with the organization’s philosophy and established guidelines.

2. Professional Standards:

• Assist to execute tasks professionally and adhere to stated guidelines.

3. Teaching Material Preparation:

• Assist to develop teaching materials tailored to each student’s goals.

• Assist to document teaching methods and track achievement of goals after each lesson.

4. Documentation and Records Management:

• Assist to maintain comprehensive documentation and filing of all student-related materials.

Technical Skills & Competencies

1. Teaching & Behavior Management:

• Familiar with Singapore MOE syllabus.

Qualifications & Experience
