The group was established since 2007 and has since focused on machine learning and deep learning approaches in speech and language technologies. Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the research and development of algorithms for speech recognition, diarization and speech enhancement.
• Plan and ensure timely delivery of project milestones and deliverables.
• To lead in the development of far-field speaker diarization and enhancement.
• To organize, document and transfer developed software package(s) to other team members and/or funding bodies.

Job Requirements:

• PhD in computer science/engineering or related fields.
• Strong expertise in speech technologies such as speaker diarization, speech enhancement, speaker overlapping detection, automatic speech recognition, and natural language processing and deep learning applications.
