Our Graduate Development Program is a two-year program consisting of primarily four core business rotations spread across the term. You will start and finish your rotation in the core function and spend the remaining time, in related business functions learning how it all connects.

The program is designed to help you discover and learn about the many different parts of our business that come together in supporting the end goals. You will have amazing opportunities to establish relationships with key stakeholders of the business and potentially travel to some of our other business locations as part of the learning journey.

Your rotations will take you out of your comfort zone by giving you the chance to work with both corporate and field-based environments, providing you with an opportunity to explore your desires through meaningful work assignments, projects, and networking. You will be provided with ongoing mentoring, peer support and a variety of learning opportunities to accelerate your development.

- Willing to work as a Construction worker, can do the timber, rebar job, able to work at project site, structural work.

- Able to operate of machine, can use construction machine, knowledge of construction safety. Experience in operating equipment like trench rammers , drills, pneumatic hammers. Knowledge of mixing and pouring constructin material (concrete, sand, grout & etc...).

- At least 10 years of experience in construction industry. Manage site activities, vendors and sub-contractors，assist the Project Manager in the daily execution of work. Attend meeting, coordination, prepare works schedule & site supervision.

- Ensure installation is carried out as per construction drawings & ensure that works are executed within an acceptable standard of workmanship.

- Responsible for all aspects of site safety, proven experience as construction worker, reduce material wasting and cost saving.

- Knowledge of basic engineering and construction principles and methods, be bilingual, fluent in English & Chinese / Bangladesh.

- Any other assigend duties.

Key Responsibilities:

• Leading and manage the day-to-day operations and deployment of security personnel to the sites as allocated.
• To take the lead in manpower planning for individual sites as assigned not limiting to manpower forecasting and planning for all permanent and relief security personnel.
• Conduct on the job training for sites as per requirement to new hires and conduct refresher courses as and when required. For instance, safety briefing, traffic management control.
• Coordinate with the management team and work client's management team to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Able to carry out investigations and write incident reports
• Make rounds and checks on various sites to ensure security personnel are carrying out their duties accordingly and meet up with clients to get feedback on a weekly basis.
• Attend weekly/monthly meetings with clients and contribute towards performance improvement plan in the security industry and to provide better services to clients.
• Submission of reports on a weekly basis.

Requirements:

• Possess good interpersonal skills and to work as a team including security personnel.
• Able to meet tight deadlines and meet custommer expectations promptly
• Competent in computer skills and common applications (Office, Excel, PowerPoint & Word
• At least 1 year experience in handling operations

Responsibilities:

• clean and tidy the entire office areas and rooms
• scrub and sanitize toilets, sinks and kitichen fixtures
• vacuum and mop the office and common areas
• collect and dispose of all rubbish
• replenish hand soap, sanitizer, toilet rolls, and clear garbage bins, etc.
• perform other ad hoc duites as assigned

• Handling of enquiry for quotation, create quotation in ERP and sending quotation to customer.
• To process orders, create job numbers, open job files & assign Project number.
• Receive of client order confirmation and co-ordinate with internal department for execution.
• • Email communication/correspondence with client for readiness and delivery instruction
• Issuance of Delivery Order and liaise with SCM for collection & delivery
• To manage time and coordinate all aspects of the job that is assigned by Sales Engineer and Business Manager.
• Preparations of shipping documents & liaise with shipping/forwarding company for exporting of goods
• Raise purchase requisition form (PR), PR’s to supply chain department to issue PO to supplier.
• Check supplier’s invoice for payment and close required Job files that has been forecast for the month and print out job costing sheet and quotation to review by sales manager.
• Ensure all vendor invoices are submitted for processing of payment and filed in Job files.
• Keep track of each milestone of every ongoing project and invoice customer accordingly.
• Before actual issue of billing invoice to customer, drafting specification of invoice is to prepare with all necessary print including quotation, customer PO, email confirmation and onsite timesheet and general expenses for checking and approval by Business manager.
